I just got a mail from iNetBet that now I'm a 'premium VIP' - I'm not sure what it means in terms of goodies or whatever, but I'm just excited about being premium! I've never been a VIP anywhere either.

Now I'm sure everyone will tell me they've been premium for years and ruin it for me. ;)

EDIT: Actually this is a new thing they're doing, so lots of people got the invite.

Perhaps it means you go on their "always answer their emails" list:rolleyes:

got the same email that said I would be offered additional bonuses and have a vip representative to contact.

This is actually poor marketing on their part. If a customer is to be escalated to a new level the casino should relay to him/her the perks (both variable and invariables) the latter of which must be as clear as crystal. Say an ND bonus of $50 per month and 2 100% match bonuses weekly. The variables can come along as they deem fit. Otherwise, what's the point in simply promising you should have more goodies.

Well we have a premie account manager on facebook, I asked if we'd maybe get better comps, and he said nope. He said the new Premie Promos would be posted in the lobby in time for the weekend, so just wait and see I guess. I don't take deposit bonuses so those won't be any help to me, so maybe I'll just get the name and no percs. ;)

Your view wouldn't have anything to do with your personal issues with inetbet would it?

Just seems a tad unreasonable to rag on them just because they didn't outline every specific detail in the invite email.

Of course not and you are the one ragging on me. I majored in Marketing and understand basic marketing concepts. Chayton just posted that you have to visit the lobby to realise what's in store for premier customers. Premier customers are supposed to get special treatment so I reiterate this is a poor marketing effort from Inet and you are trying to distract from the real issue by stating I am saying this due to my personal issues.

Let's not get crazy here folks. I'm a fan of iNetBet but I have to say I kind of agree with chuchu - if you're going to be invited into some club, it would be nice to know whether it actually means anything to you or not. Remember when Jackpot Factory sent out those special player reward credit card looking things? That did absolutely nothing?

The email said
If you accept our invite your account will be upgraded to 'Premium' status which will allow you access to exclusive promos, special free chips and competitions.
You will also be assigned an Account Manager who will endeavour to deal with all of your queries... you can also add them as a friend on Facebook!

So it's a little vague but I'm actually kind of excited to see what they come up with. Maybe part of iNetBet's marketing plan is to build suspense or keep you guessing, like the original Kia Soul commercials...pre-hamster. ;)

congrats my purtty little dragon. you be so cute :o

Like Cleve said, you are a real cutie. I guess I shall have to get used to Nifty conducting groundless personal attacks. Making wild guesses is ok but isnt it better to make them educated guesses?

Your view wouldn't have anything to do with your nuthugging of inetbet would it?

I asked Chu because IMO his POV was unreasonable, and was trying to figure out why. I thought his public personal issues with the casino were a reasonable explanation in my eyes.

All you just did is what you most often do.....fire off a snarky one-liner, avoiding any kind of substance.

I'll accept criticism of my occasional snippiness, but at least I actually discuss issues and try to assist those needing help, and give credit where it is due.

I must admit it amuses me that some think I just "nuthug" CWC and inetbet etc, and that they can do no wrong in my eyes. In fact, it is hilarious, as it shows that these people only see what they want to see, and conveniently omit taking into account several recent threads where I've been critical of both casinos. Still, its far easier, as you know, to just throw a glib one-liner at a "casino nuthugger" rather than actually make valid points supported with logical arguments and facts.

I apologize for any offence Chu. You know I respect your opinion, i just think you were being unreasonable given that I don't see any malice on the casinos part and no details have been released....which I know is kind of your argument, but I really don't think.that not listing each individual perk is a crime or even an example of bad marketing.

Inetbet stated there would be more free chips and better bonuses and an account manager etc.....I think that's a pretty good start.

FWIW, 32 red don't tell you about every perk when you're invited, only pretty much the basics like inetbet did....and there's nothing wrong with 32reds marketing.

I think it just boils down to everyone having their own views on things and that your view isn't always the right one :)
We all see things differently and although we all have the right to state opinions and views, it doesn't necessarily mean we can get snarky or rude because it doesn't sit well with someone else.
I'll be the first to admit that I ask questions that sometimes the answer is right in front of my eyes lol
Lets not derail the topic :)

I already apologized to Chu. The matter is closed Afaic.

Keeping it going, like you are, is derailing the topic.

To Chayton and the rest of the members here at CM that did get invite, WTG!!!! It is something to be acknowledged for your patronage at any casino. As this VIP program, is in its early stages, I am sure Inet is also "testing the waters" so to speak, and I am sure it will improve over time. Only time to will tell, and those who did get the invite will be the first to see those changes.

SO again WTG all of you!!!! Enjoy your new VIP status!!!!

All the best,
LH

The first 'perc' was in the message center today - a 200% deposit bonus and a free chip (I'm pretty sure it was 25x playthrough and 10x max WD but I busted out) - I'm not sure what the terms are for the deposit bonus.

But that seemed pretty good. Anybody else get anywhere with it?

WR for the deposit bonus are 30xDB (cashable) on pretty much slots only.

What I'm interested in is why the WR for the free chip is higher than normal free chips....I would have thought it would be lower for premium players...??. It almost seems like a penalty.

Well, thus far it doesn't even begin to compare with Club Rouge and other VIP programs I belong to, but it's early days so let's give them a chance to find the right level of benefits and sort out the details.

My point exactly. If you are to offer something special to your customer give it some thought first and ensure the promos are better than what you offer normal customers. If this isnt done it will alienate customers instead of retaining their loyalty. What may originally be perceived as being 'wanted' will diminish and turn into disdain. If an outfit has to 'search' for the right level of benefits it means the original 'promo' was poorly constructed. I recall CW having a mystery promo which was much worse than their ongoing promos. This only serves to make players sneer at them. If you offer something special, put some thoughts into it before the launch. Minor refinements can be made subsequently but bthe originally package should be attractive and not perks should be added as we go along.

Logged in to my account and no message with a perk will hopefully will get it and this program is worth something.

You didn't get anything? That's weird, you did accept the invite right? I think that the premium promos go out to everyone at the same time, if you accepted the invite and you're showing any message in the casino, contact James and let him know.

Yeah I know, it doesn't compare to CWs $250 no wager chip, that was SWEET! I wish all casinos I play at would give me $250. :D

I got my invite also via email. I replied to email saying thanks and that I would accept. I then got the confirming email with the details.

So YES, I believe you do need to "accept" by replying to the emailed invitation.

I like the new "Premium" VIP member club at iNetBet.....and i like that James is the Premium Account Manager.....I have never had a problem being paid fast by iNetBet, cust. service has never been rude or taken days to answer my emails. They are one of 2 casinos (the other is a micro 32Red) that i know i will be paid and paid quick from with no B.S. It may not be like Club Rouge, but it's a start and is very new, so i appreciate iNetbet doing this. I am not a club rouge member so i don't know what thats like, but i enjoyed the first couple of perks from iNetBet personally.

Didn´t get an invite. :( What is the criteria for being a V.I.P. @Inetbet?

I'm not really sure. I've been a member there for ages - iNetBet was one of the first casinos I ever opened an account online with. I'm not a huge depositor unless I've got lots of money in the bank, but I do deposit frequently. lol, maybe it's because I hardly ever cash out! ;)

Also wanted to give a plug to James since he posted on Facebook that there wasn't much mention of the nice new rep. So yes, he seems nice and helpful....happy now, James? :D Seriously though, it's nice to have someone to contact like that - I'm hoping that he'll open an account here for those people who don't have Facebook too.

Not sure, but can't be a lot of deposits. I checked and I have only deposited $450 there in the last six months.

Actually I was surprised when I got the offer --I probably play their the least of any of the sites I frequent.

Why don't you send them an email and ask if it got lost or exactly what the criteria would be since your friends are getting emails on Premium status and you aren't. Just a suggestion. Then if when you get an answer, please post it back here since people are curious.

FWIW,
Diane

Who wants to hazard a guess as to how many emails iNetbet receive saying "Why am I not a Premium Player? I deposited etc etc etc"

I guess it doesn't hurt to ask what one has to do to be invited, but I know that 32Red don't have any published criteria for their Club Rouge so it may not be forthcoming...and maybe it isn't a bad idea, as it will stop players just fulfilling the minimum requirement somehow and washing their deposits etc.

My "go to" casino

Inet has always been my first choice for playing on line. I've had very few issues in the past that were always dealt with quickly.
Since getting the invite, and taking advantage of the perks I've had quite a good run. I hit my first random and James has been great in helping to get my Docs updated quickly.
He makes himself readily available and has been very nice. I like this new idea and hope it helps to keep them number one in my book.

Best of luck to all,
Mike

Yea I got the same invite but in truth expect little to no benifits from this and look at it as a desperate attempt on InetBets part to make it look like they are actually trying to finaly offer what almost all other casinos already offer.

In the end Inetbet offers little to no advantages of playing there and I wonder if they have seen a decline in players and this is their attempt to try to get players to deposit again. If they want to impress me do as other have and put a $250 comp in my acct without the usual nonsense PT attached to it - want me to feel like a Premium player - then TREAT lke one!!

I'll wait and see but won't hold my breath on this one at all.

Will i've been playing at iNetBet for quite a while....They always remember b-days and have free chips more often than any place that i know of anyways. That doesn't mean they aren't out there. I wouldn't personally call it a desperate move though, maybe it's because i know ppl. have been wondering/asking them maybe about getting a VIP thing going there? I only play a few places, but i haven't lucked out yet to have a $250.00 comp...LOL...That sure would be nice though.....but iNetBet does pretty good IMO, with pretty regular freebies.

re

Well if you consider $5 worh investing your time then I guess. Personaly for me if it not and those coupons, when put out there means do not waste time depositing as far as I am concerendd as every bonus abuser online is running over to Inetbet to get a fix and it only takes away from real players chances of a win.

InetBet needs to get with the times. They are way out of touch with what players demand or they simply don't care which i think it is most likely the latter. They need to offer better support options and instant cashouts for a start, update thier look and stop thinking they offer the best of the best as they clearly do not.

In fact when you look at winning screenshots Inetbet hardly has a presense as payouts there are garbage. I'm just not at all impressed with them anymore and the new VIP thing has yet to even tweak my interest.

Hope that changes though.

Whether this program is an incentive for valued players or simply an act of desperation we dont know.

One thing is certain though. It is amateurish at best if players dont even know the minimum benefits they would get as a premium member. Ther should at least be the standard freebies, monthly/weekly match bonuses etc. plus some ad hoc perks which understandly they may not have come up with. It cannot simply be an invite with nothing in mind bar the updated status.

They do not have to disclose what it takes for a player to be offered this privelege as it could change from time to time but if you offer something special make it so and relay the standard benefits to the players first so they can ponder whether to join or not.

The payouts there are garbage?

Have you got the stats for that? I would be interested to see the data, and how you managed to get all the logs from all the other players.

Honestly if the earlier revelations by Dogboy on the rtp settings of 91%,95% and 97% are true, my personal experience with Inet is that they are at least 95%. Rather, the rtp settings at slotocash and sister site Desert Nights seem to be on the low side. I had a couple of good hits playing with a bonus twice but failed to complete wrs with less than 50%rtp over thousands of spins over a variety of slots mostly of low-medium variance.

Premium Vip

I have taken advantage of the Premium offers and so far they are great. There will be more I'm sure. Can't have them all at once.
The email invite said there will be exclusive offers weekly, free chips and competitions. Most importantly, as a member you should add James, the Premium manager as a friend on Facebook. He checks in quite often and is available to chat if you have any special needs. I have personally done this and I can tell you that James is doing a great job with this new program.
Given some time, I'm sure this will enhance the Inet brand.
