This has happened before, but when they don't have live chat, you would hope they could atleast respond to emails within an hour.:mad:

Nurmerous emails to support via my email and via the website regarding claiming the 10% ewallet bonus.

No response to any.

You supporters of their CSR methods still on their wagon? Maybe after 30 more posts like this it will become obvious that they pick and chose who to serve and who to ignore...

Doesn't everyone? I've seen how some nut-jobs harass the bejesus out of the casino people. I'd ignore them too. In fact I've had a few of these myself. Some folks just behave as if "no" means "try harder".

If you are that desperate for a 10% bonus then imo live chat is the least of your worries.

Well, no reply = no play. This will get their attention soon enough;)

It works for me in the sense of "forget about me because I am a regular player, rather than a new one - and I forget about YOU".

I recently had a call from Purple Lounge, because after the fiasco that got them booted from the accredited section, I forgot about them. NOW they have noticed, and are trying to persuade me back. Sadly, they are going to have to try harder. My "feedback" was clearly something that gave them indigestion, and I never heard back.


Vegas Partner Lounge are also trying, and trying, and trying again. They have a far better chance of success, since they are accredited, and seem to generate few complaints.

InetBet have tried, and failed. Nothing actually wrong with them, but they have lost their shine, and generate PLENTY of complaints about emails being ignored. It is hard work chasing up when you are repeatedly ignored, and EVERYTHING has to be done through support except claiming coupons. Other casinos have automated basic functions such as redeeming comps.

Good point. Over a bonus its kinda negligible, but these situations highlight the 'hmmph' in their-nose-in-the-air attitude.
 
Sometimes things happen with email in the same way sometimes the live chat function doesn't work or is down. THis might be the cause or it maybe something else

Still find there overall response time fine so quite OK with no live chat. I think they do try to reply to everyone in a timely fashion but sometimes like every business the must prioritise.

For a fast response I always find the adage you catch more flies with honey than vinegar is much more likely to elicit a response than wait five minutes try again then get narky.

Yes they do have there faults but overall still one of the best RTG's.

I agree! I don't see how people still play there. They are very arrogant in their ways. There are simply too many other RTG casinos with better bonuses to choose from. Inetbet is like an old dinosaur.

PS I see we have a Mod jumping to their defense again. There are too many complaints about inetbet not having live support or a phone #.

If you were simply pointing out the obvious. Then you would obvious see they need a method of better communications. Maybe its you that reading things in your own post that needs to be there.

Do you have to insult a moderator to get rep points? Or is it the "good day" a la Fez from 'That 70's Show' that earns 'dem points?

I said some folks deserve to be ignored because they are too much of a PITA. That's what I thought should be obvious, in spite of the insinuation that there was something wrong with doing so, and that's what I was pointing out. End of story.

If "better communications" is a conclusion you wish to make then help yourself, but I said nothing about such things either way and I'll thank you not to assume I did or should.

Oh and just because a mod doesn't agree with you, it doesn't mean they are taking kickbacks from the casino or defending them. It is what it is - a difference of opinion.

Also agree with you on the fact that this has been gone over so many times, it's unreal. Yes, it would be easier if they had live chat...but they don't. And won't any time in the near future it appears. Okay by me. But for many, it isn't. And those people should find another RTG that has what they DO need. For myself, Inetbet is still the only RTG I would even consider playing at, dinosaur or not. Because I trust them to not screw me around, and to pay me within 24 hrs tops, 365 days a year.

What if having the additional cost of live chat, and someone to monitor it 24/7, meant they have to get rid of the cashier on weekends and holidays? I'd much rather get paid, than "chat" with a rep.

To each his own.
 
Its not that they dont have live chat its the low quality of the email support.

I stopped playing there after a reply I got to a simple question that looked like it was written by a 10-year old wannabe gangsta. The reply was fast tough;)
It was at the same time they messed up a certain VP coupon. Two strikes and your out.

I am sorry VWM, usually I agree with you but on this I can not. Inetbet is one of the safest RTG casinos to play at. They also usually get back to your e-mail in a timely fashion. And they pay!

Ha ha....compared to some of the chats and emails with CS I have seen posted on this forum in the last couple of years....you are right Colly. :laugh:

Honest to God, I don't know where people get off thinking that it's okay to talk to CS reps like that...whether it's via email or live chat. Major anger management issues I guess. :rolleyes:
