Whine and Moan Inetbet lost my business tonight

It's been a bit since I played at Inetbet, other than my birthday chip (thanks again).

So a little money on my prepaid, I thought I would go visit. Missed the freerolls, well okay.

But I go to the news and promotions page, and all the coupons there are expired.

Now, I could just go ask live chat... oh, no live chat.

Or I could go hunting my email weeks back for the newsletter.

Or I could just play elsewhere.

Or email them and wait for an answer.

Or post here and save my money.

Inetbet, I've spent more with you than any other RTG. I think I get a fair game, reasonable comps for my loyalty and good bonus offers.

But if you do not offer livechat, email is not always speedy, you need to have the stuff in your cashier up to date. I'm not talking these expired a couple of hours ago.

Please join us in the 21st century, it's a decade old.

Spot on Jazzy. They have got to realise that to remain competitive it is necessary to provide good customer service. In the past, speedy cashouts and reasonable WRs for bonuses were the recipes for a sure-fire success. Now with the dwindling gambling dollar, players tend to be more choosy.

Hi Jasminebed,

I am not sure which page you are looking at but all of the current offers on the site are active.
If you click on the "Current Promotions" link in your lobby it takes you through to all the curent active promotions.

If you were looking somewhere else e.g the newsletter - the new one is not yet live for this month. It shpuld be updated and sent out in a few days.

However the most up to date area for promotions is the link in the lobby and as I say these are all up to date.

Best Regards

inetbet - Winner of the all-around "We'll never listen to what our players want, and continue to act like pompous " well, you get the idea.

Even when the live chat/other contact options are brought up here in the forum, they are never addressed.

Sorry, but wake up, inetbet. It used to be that there weren't many other reputable RTG casinos to play at, but now that there are, we actually can pick and choose where we want to play at.

I dont think you get it. There are bound to be issues that players want to overcome in real time especially when they feel bored and want to spin a bit. Mistakes can happen so even if the promotions arent so 'current' at least there should be someone to guide players along to the correct ones. This mentality that since eveything should be in order we dont necessarily have to offer live chat is outdated. Both 32RED and 3 Dice have their house in order but whenever there is an issue, they can answer to the player immediately and fix things where need be.

Just curious, are you guys running late for the new newsletter, or is it SOP to put it out days after the promotions listed on that page are expired? Every new promotion was posted yesterday, so you can understand where the confusion lies. I just checked, and yes, every offer listed in the newsletter has expired. 2 days ago, to be exact..

Hi,

The newsletter is not sent out on the same day the promotions are updated.
It usually goes out towards the end of the month. Yes promotions are included in this but that is not its main purpose. It is to let players know about new releases, going on in etc the previous month. The promotions are included there for reference.

The newsletter is also uploaded into the lobby so that players that didn't receive it for some reason still have access.

This is not the place to check for current offers that is the "current offers page" of the website. Which has a direct link in the lobby homepage.

What about live chat? Are you going to pass that on to someone in the relevant department (management, etc)?

The players are speaking......it might be wise to listen....

No live chat was one of the reasons I dont play at Inet anymore. We use a very well respected and secure live chat system. Costs less than 600 usd a year to run. Very easy even a monkey can work out how to make it effective. And we use it across over 25 traffic heavy websites. When i have a problem as a paying customer I want answers in real time. These days no matter what services im using if I cant see live chat I move on. But hey thats just me. And thats why I stick to 3dice / 32red etc live chat / superb support n all the rest. Rant over ;)

p.s its shame really as overall I enjoyed Inet never problems with cash outs clear bonus terms and games played out ok. there ya go ....

Thanks for replying Inetbet, but somehow telling me this morning that I was looking in the wrong place was not helpful.

I clicked on a tab in the lobby that said news/bonuses. That I didn't find current offers is not down to my stupidity.

At 1:45 in the morning, I am not looking to wait to play, but rather to have a few spins before bed.

I'd like to make it clear (it was late) that the title of the thread was meant to convey that you didn't get my business last night, not that I'm leaving.

But gamblers are not noted for their patience, and there are many other casinos that do have someone to answer questions when I'm looking to deposit.

Most of us do not have infinitie bankrolls either.

Personally I don't like online casinos that don't have a live chat option available 24/7. I think it is so much nicer to be able to get an instant answer with a person who you can communicate with immediately instead of when they get to your email.

Inetbet is a very popular casino. I wonder how long in the day or two days that promo page was out of date how many players just went elsewhere?

The current offers are there now, but another casino got my deposit in the meantime.

This post truly was meant as constructive criticism. Inetbet was the first RTG I played at, and it could be my destination of choice with live chat. It often is even without it, but if Inetbet could maintain their structure and include live chat, I suspect it would be my only destination for the RTG platform.

I was surprised at just how little it might cost according to doomed4ever. In this current climate, I would think that every deposit would be important.

Some ~2 hours after Jasminebed's followup post to their response. The silence is deafening.

Are you seriously making an issue out of that?

I think Bryan has explained to you once or a dozen times before that the casino peeps have lives too, they don't live on the forums 24/7.

I only raise the issue because they have posted in other threads since they were asked a question in this one....

Fair enough, you hadn't mentioned that but I see your point.

Keep in mind that the casino accounts here are often shared by several of the staff. The person checking in at any particular time may not the person handling a particular issue. Just saying.

Good point, but you have to look at it from our point of view....we only see that they have logged in, and feel 'snubbed' that they haven't posted anything. A simple "This is so-and-so. I can't do anything about it, but I'll make sure it gets to the appropriate party.." or whatnot would be awesome.

:)

note on that: Also, look at how they sign off on every post. I think that "inetbet promos" is the only "rep" that doesn't say who they are.....I don't think i've ever seen a "personalized" message from any of them. How are we supposed to even think about how many people use that account? We're (at least me) all used to one person using a single account, and not sharing it.

Well I guess I got my answer: no reply.

Hi,

Why don't you offer live chat as a means of support? Most other RTG casinos have it and it makes it very quick to get an answer.

Thanks,

me
