inetbet.eu pending time >5 days. Is this normal?

Hi,

I dont play very often at inetbet.eu and had only one wihtdrawal from a freechip of 90€ a couple of weeks ago and was paid the next day (received it on a saturday, so they do weekend cashouts). But now i won 1000 and cashed out last friday. Since then i havent heard anything from them.

I sent an email to support on monday asking if they need any documents or whats the problem and until now i got no response. So i sent an PM to the rep Tom here yesterday. No response til now.

The status is still "requested" and hasnt changed since friday.

So, my question: Is it normal that a cahout takes this long and they dont respond in over 48 hours? What would you do, wait a few more days oder send email/PM again?

Do they have your documents? if so then this is indeed a long time waiting from Inetbet. but if you have not given them your docs they wont pay you $1000 until they have them im sure.
wait another day or so and if Tom doesnt answer or they ignore the emails you can always PAB.
 
Im not sure if i sent them my documents the last time. Thats why i asked via support on monday if they need them, but no response.

Im used to get a mail "please send us ..." from all other casinos i play at. But i havent received anything from them.
 
I haven't had a cashout from inetbet.eu yet but I know with the 'regular' inetbet sometimes had a bit of delay over the weekend if you played with a bonus. I think it's because the promotion people have to check for terms violations and they don't work weekends.

I don't know if that's the case with you, and besides even with a delay over the weekend you should still have been paid by now.

It seems like they're waiting for something from you - make sure you check your junk mail and if you don't have anything there, you can also request a call-back on the website

Not for normal bonuses, there is no delay. Only if there are special offers from other forums or something like that, that needs to be checked by the promotion team.
I believe it's too hot and they have taken a vacation :D
No but this time of year I'm sure they can be ''understaffed''...is that a word in English or did I just made that up?:oops:

Poor CS, they should tell you that they need documents, it's not as if you can phone them to ask!

I always thought iNetBet had cashable boni, rather unusual for RTG, which was why they were so modest compared with other RTG operations. Maybe they have changed it to work like most other RTG sites with phantom boni.
 
No they haven't changed but you need to see the EU-version as a different casino.
They have their own customer support and they have different bonuses...and different rules.

I made sure that there wasn't the same support before I signed up here, and that their rules was more clear.
I like it. It's just sad that I can't play there using usd.

They may have to close to UK players soon because their US operation would fall foul of our licencing rules. The "it's a different casino with it's own support" won't wash with the UKGC, they will have to choose between the US and the UK and Europe.
