On 7/18 I deposited $53 from my Netspend account in my Inetbet account. It never showed up. I contacted Inetbet customer support and they denied receiving the funds and blamed the failed transaction on Netspend. I contacted Netspend and they said that Inetbet accepted the funds. Intetbet denied it issuing remarms such as
" assure you that we have not received this deposit from them. Unfortunately this is a very regular occurance with Netspend."
and
"were there other options we would be actively reccomending another processor. That said it is incompetency as opposed to them being underhand."
After about 10 emails and 6 days Inetbet sent me the following:
"Hi Mike
The missing funds have been traced and they should now be in your account
Regards
iNetBet Support"
I managed to turn the $53 into $500. I processed a withdraw for $320. Inetbet wired $265 in my account. I emailed asking them why the charged $55 in fees. Their response:
"Dear Mike: We did not charge $55. We sent you $290 ($320 - $30) the remaining deduction would have been made by your Bank as a processing fee. I am afraid there is not much we can do about that. These are seperate fees that they charge you for processing. I can only apologise for the mix up with the processors however after much work we did locate the funds and they were credited to you. I checked with my bank. They charged no fees. I suspected this because I've made dozens of withdrawls at ClubWorld and I always received the exact amount of the withdraw. So I informed Inetbet that my bank charges no fees and it appears to be their processor. They responded:
"Dear Mike: I can assure you this is not the case. I am sure that your bank charges no fee. That is correct it is the intermidary bank that they use that will charge the fee. We have not charged you any differently from previous transactions we simply deducted $35 from the amount sent as this is the second wire of the month. The other fees are the intermidary that your bank uses to recive the transfer. RegardsiNetBet Support"
This roguish behavior certainly isn't indicitive of an accredited casino.
