Hi all, let me just start by saying I never had problems with InetBet and I do honestly think that this is of of the best RTG casinos right now at least for US players.
My last two withdrawals were denied due to bonus violation. while its probably my fault in both cases, I still feel I need to share those cases.
a week ago, new game The Elf came out with 100%. I found this coupon in the Message Center in the casino lobby and claimed that coupon. As soon as you claim the coupon it shows you details in the cashier section and what I saw, was (too bad i did not make screenshot, but if anyone one to try it, coupon 'JCA9D'):
Allowed Games:Real-time video slots
and then list of not allowed games with this bonus
I should have read the whole message I guess, but I just relied on the cashier details ( Played, won and the got email from InetBet that my winnings voided, because only 4 games allowed under this bonus. Well, my fault, however, I still feel details in cashier could show 4 allowed games only, instead of "Allowed Games:Real-time video slots"
Last night, I claimed paycheck series, one after the other (and I am doing so every Friday for the last year or so). The structure of the bonus is for 3 deposits you will get 50%, 75%, 100%, but each deposit should be larger then previous. And, i claimed one more additional bonus for VIP players, 150%. And I guess, I misunderstood this one. their rules:
(Coupon #4 can only be redeemed if prior three coupons have been used in order.
Deposit must not be larger than that used for coupon #3 or prior redemption...
you may use #4 TWICE)
The way I thought it works is, since last 3 coupons had a rule that deposit should be larger, this one is a little easier and what they trying to say its OK not to deposit more then in the last coupon, but if you want you could. I guess, my poor English made me confused. However, I deposited with this logic (e.g. $10,$11,$12, $14, $40(last two for 150% match) for the whole year and never been told that I am wrong, until I actually won on this coupon.
I don't argue rules and terms, and if I am wrong in both cases, oh well. Just want to know your opinion and similar stories with InetBet.
I don't think I will be gambling with bonuses again, not worth it
