This was my email....

Hi ,

It's Brian here from iNetBet.

I trust this mail finds you well.

This is just a polite reminder that we have credited your account as part of our bonus program.

We have however not seen you in the Casino since. I hope these mails are being received by you.

Please confirm if you would like me to register a different e-mail address.

Well, they haven't heard from me because I uninstalled the software quite some time ago. I think it was really just easier to deposit elsewhere. So out of curiosity I reinstalled and opened the casino.

Nothing.

So I emailed back.

No reply.

Too funny! (IMO) I closed them out and uninstalled them too! No sense in donating anymore than you have too.

.

You would think that a casino like iNetBet which doesn't have a live help option would be quicker to answer an email than 3 days and then some.

Well, I finally got a response back here. Apparently they can't find the email I sent even though it was a reply and it didn't come back to me.

And the email sent to me offering the bonus wasn't intended for me. I guess the computer pulled my email address out of a hat.

Sounds like they're fishing around for old players to reinstall and maybe make a deposit to me.

"Since I already have it installed I might as well............... Uninstall." :p

I still like Inetbet. Don't do real well there, but I do real well nowhere... Lol
I guess because Emily has always been so good. They were probably talking about a manager's bonus and I think all sites only allow a bonus to sit for 30 days before they pull it. So if I knew more, maybe would think bad, but where do you play now if you no longer play at INetbet?

There was no bonus to sit. I was told the email wasn't for me.

Lately I've been playing 3Dice, Intertops and Royal Joker.

The only luck I've had lately is 3Dice but it's been dry for a while.

I received the same email and had similar problems getting an email response from iNetBet. There seems to be a problem with yahoo.com emails (and perhaps others). I recall a statement to this effect on their site. The rep on this site was helpful in communicating.

I think iNetBet is always quite fast with their email replies, except for a few times when I got no response. After sending a second email I was told that they never received my first one. In all honesty, that doesn't happen very often at all.

If anyone emails iNetBet and doesnt't hear back from them within 12 hours, I think it's safe to say they didn't get your email and try again.

well if you use their email link

the email may not make it. I discovered that was a problem because I don't have outlook express setup on my computer but the link will open it and send an email from that program. Ever since I discovered that glitch, I started to just send an email using my web mail client to: support@inet.com. I have not had one ignored email since then. I always send them an email asking for some free play and usually they respond with a no deposit bonus. I never use the "reply" because that email address is support.mail@inet or something like that but I think it is a wrong one.
