Inetbet Birthday $10 chip is a sad thing

They gave $10 for my birthday. And max cashout is 10x so I cashout $100. And they declined it because I bet over 25%. $10 = $2.50 I only bet $1.25 per bet?

That shouldn't be a problem if you have your history and that shows you didn't bet over $2.50. It sounds strange.
Happy Birthday btw:thumbsup:

They say you have to lose anything over the $100. In order to cash out? Very lame!!! I cashed out a $100. There was $215 left so played it down. But they say you can’t do that? No other casino dose that!!! Just this one. You cash out for anything over the $100 they only give you the $100!! WTF?

I signed up with them a few weeks ago and closed my account about 2 weeks later. Phantom bonuses, min cashout of $50 and a very rude support person. Not a very good casino imo

First you say they denied you the cashout of $100. Then you're angry because you were just allowed to cashout $100.
You are incredible, and I hope I never see a complaint from you ever in here again. It's been a few over the years.

Hi @met1959
Battled the snow and just got in to the office so I will look into this for you in regards to max bet conditions etc.
I can confirm in the mean time that all Free Chips we offer will have a maximum cash out limit, this is a fairly standard industry term.
Give me a few moments to look at the records and I will come back to you.
Kindest regards,
Steven

Hello again,

Right....
So I can confirm that up until the point you requested the $315 Withdrawal and then the $100 you had played bets that were below 25% of the bonus value. The issue was that after you requested the withdrawal you played with the remaining funds of $215, which are are still bonus funds, there were bets placed above 25% some as high as $30.

Now, the term stated is "During any bonus play players bet may not be or exceed 25% of deposited funds - If this is the case play will be void. Bonus play is active as long as the bonus funds remain in the account balance regardless of the wagering requirement."

However, if the Birthday Bonus was a Coupon, the system would automatically reset your account to the max cash out limit, as the Birthday Bonuses are classed as a deposit it does not do this. So, I have spoken to the relevant teams and on this occasion arranged for the $100 to be put back in to your account available for withdrawal.

I can see you had an email correspondence with the support team, who in all fairness were correct in their replies to you, in cases like this I would recommend asking the case to be passed on to a manager and it can then be looked at.

I hope this outcome is satisfactory and wish you, belatedly, a happy birthday.

Kindest regards,
Steven

He’s a newbie. No?

They paid the $100! Super! So I deposited $21.00 and hit for $600. The first check issued of the month is free. At least that's the way I read it. But they're charging me $50. They say because I had the $100 withdraw via Bitcoin?

Hey @met1959,

Congrats on the win

The first withdrawal within a month is free. So if you have not had a withdrawal within the previous 30 days then that withdrawal will incur no transaction costs. As you had a $100 Bitcoin withdrawal approved yesterday there will be a charge on the current withdrawal that is pending.

Hope this helps? If you need any more info just give me a shout.

So all has been resolved satisfactorily now.
Congratulations on your 2 winnings... and Happy Birthday!

If nothing else, this thread will serve to remind EVERYONE of the importance of properly reading and understanding all the casinos' relevant T&Cs BEFORE commencing play - something I am always "banging on about" on my websites.
I know VERY well how boring & tedious T&Cs are - but reading them minimises misunderstandings and accidental breaches of rules.
