inetbet, afte i had my say on facebook , james blocked me

WOW I thought Inetbet was great but after waiting from Dec 14. To Jan 2 for a big withdrawal of 100.00, they kept saying something was wrong with their processers, I emailed a few times to see what was going on . I was offended at one as it seems the rep was yelling OK at me. James disagreed, Inetbet use to be good but seems they are slacking off and just seen on a big win one lady wrote good luck trying to get your money? On facebook Louise Sevasin Braddock Good luck collecting your money. Seems you shouldn’t get the bonuses but they keep putting them up there and who doesn’t like to double up on there money, but then again with the terms being so high and some you can only claim so much back and if you hit the random jackpots your shit out of luck so is it really worth it, properly not and is it worth it to play there, properly not. And how about their big birthday bonus, wow I got a big $5.00 think that was like 19 spins,, so on Monday I decided to do the 100 percent and keep track , I only put in 15.00 so was playing with 30.00 I played loch ness loot first at .50 on spin 21 got a bonus that paid 13.36 I got 65 spins , once I was down to 20.00 played white rhino got 18 spins at .50 for 5.00 then on to caesar’s empire 97 spins at .40, 94.00 and you have to play it though 25=750.00, if 20 600.00 good luck, kinda crappy if you think about it, they really have bad play though you never even get close to the 20 or 25 times you have to , to try and cash out , and they don’t even let you cash out on your credit card so I have to get up to 100.00 to get it fed ex and that took 18 days and not even a sorry it took so long,,, really nice of what was once a good casino, but that’s only my opinion , there was a few things posted on facebook and james told me to be careful as what i was saying was damageing, i asked what i said was not true, and went back and he blocked me,, nice , sure i'll get the boot for saying what i said was my opinion??

So he is here complaining about getting booted from Inetbets facebookpage, or that it took a long time to get his huge $100 cashout, or that they are getting worser or whatever he is writing it is really hard to read and understand since it never seems to end okey I stop right now :rolleyes:

3. He was told he would be punished for what he said.

4. He was unfriended/blocked from InetBet's FB page.

Which happens often from what I have gathered. After I read a few not so nice replies to legitimate complaints, I unliked the page because to me it sounded like players were being threatened if they voiced anything remotely negative, even if legitimate.
 
ok, sorry, yes i just rambled on, but i did post on facebook and said it was my opionion and it was posted on where someone won 4000.00 , i wanted ppl to see it so that is why i posted there, the person that won didn't even say anything, and i thought that was strange as i would of been yelling if i had won 4000.00,, so after that James blocked me but not before saying that what i was writing was damaging ? yes i was mad it took so long for my withdrawal and then my birthday bonus was a big 5.00 and the play though sucks your lucky to play your money though 5 times let alone the 20 or 25 times,

How would you feel if people went to your personal side on facebook telling all of your friends how bad you were?
This is Inetbets page. I'm sure they rather deal with complaints in privat, just like you and I.

If you don't like them you are free to play somewhere else :)

When companies like iNetbet, 32Red or even Casinomeister for that matter set up Facebook pages - it's like a fanpage. That's why negativity usually gets trashed (deleted). Some people have mistaken the Casinomeister fan page as a place to post PAB material - it's not. It's a warm and fuzzy "fan" page. The place to bitch, snivel, and complain is here. :D

Wat you are saying makes perfect sense to me butkiss, the withdrawal time of a mere $100 is ridiculously long (imagine if it would have been $2000, would you have to wait a month or so?), I would be pissed too. What kind of behaviour is this for an accredited casino?

I do understand that their Facebook page is not the place to complain. Although, when I had a complaint about Neteller a few years back I was so unbelievably angry with their lack of support that I started complaining about their poor service all over Facebook and Twitter. They eventually gave in.

Pretty much sums it up, they also "threaten" by email if you ask simple questions or give your opinion, it boggles the mind anyone still wants to play there and be put through this.:what:

yep i'd be pissed too if it was 2000.00 and they support staff is not what it use to be, i've been playing on line for over 10 years and never had a problem with them i even worked at a forum doing contest for them many years ago.. and yes for an accredited casino shame on them. and no where on the site does it say you can get your winning put on your credit card or i would of done that and none of this would of happened.

I believe you were frustrated and thought you needed to tell everyone else, but as Bryan said, it's better to rant a little here and leave their FB alone.

When it comes to Inetbet there are two different opinions about them. A lot of us likes them and think they are fair, but other have a different experience. You will hear them all ;)

Just be a little careful with your responses to people here or they will think you are rude.
 
thank you that's all i wanted to vent , but i will be telling them to close my account, too many other ones out there that are fair or even better than Inetbet, and too think i have been with them for at least 10 years was a few yr out as neteller went away and i had no credit card, but once i did i can't deposit alot but i did what i could with them. just wish i kept the one email from james,, but oh well , and yes your free to play where you want and i will. thanks for listening or reading

I kind of have issues with everyone being friends on Facebook. Maybe I'm just not friendly enough to call thousands of people I don't know my friends but I think Facebook should have different levels of friendship.

You could have Family member, Friend, Casual acquaintance and total stranger. That would be more realistic. "That way you could say I have 20 family members, 9 friends, 17 casual acquaintance and 1478 total strangers in Facebook."

"I added 23 more total strangers today... Oooh, I was unfamily membered by Bernice... That's unfortunate."

I have to agree with C/M , not a great idea to post negative on a F/B casino page , did you try sending a message ?

James has always been a top notch kinda guy and I have dealt with him and the promo dudes and dudettes for years and never had a problem that wasn't taken care of in a short time. InetBet still remains one of the few good casinos that takes care of its US players and remains high on my list of US friendly casinos.

They always send out something to their players , even if it was a 5.00 B/D chip , thats better than nothing , atleast they remembered your special day , how many casinos do that anymore , its not like it used to be , guess casinos are in a recession too:D

You CAN do that, file differemt people under different headings..friends, close friends, families, acquaintances...forgaming, people set up secondary accounts for strangers for gaming purposes only
You can limit which group sees what, how much, posting rights
Really skiny, i dont see it as any ifferent than belonging to a forum

There are several replies to a non existent comment by "lori" on that winner's thread, and this makes it abundantly clear that something has been censored, and of course, censorship prevents people from making their minds up about something.
A better place to make such comments is here, as although it may lead to iNetBet winning the argument, you do at least get heard, and your comment stored for posterity.

It is the same for any forum run by a casino, you are bound to find the content biased in favour of the casino, sometimes at the expense of the truth. When researching whether a casino is a good place to play, the last place to look is any site run by said casino, or even it's affiliates.

I am sure that the Virtual casino run sites, forums, and fan pages are full of glowing positive comments, but we here know better than to believe all of that.

just so you know i had to ask for the birthday chip but if you look at the FB page they say happy birthday to some and say look in your account,, but not me , and after 10 years of playing they, I still have to ask? and i got more from casinos and the real casino and i hardly play at any of them? but it's okay i closed my account, guesss they were happy to do that, and the email only said "account closed" no sorry to see you go after 10 years,, so to me they are not "GREAT" anymore

My experience is that even when you state something that is factual and neutral they might view it in a negative light and grow nasty. When the rep there was promotingwhat I recall was theTasty Trio I merely mentioned that I had taken that bonus that my rtp for that session was very poor. The rep retorted and started mentioning that I had won on other bonuses and cashed out. I was just sharing my experience and it was poor form to start spell out on my other sessions. I did feel offended on that occasion.

This means you are only allowed to state that you experienced winning sessions and if you told them you didnt you get a retort. Having a bad session is no fault of the casino but they obviously didnt take it well and acted like a smart arse. No wonder so many people are pissed off with them.

I see what you mean but we think differently about it.
Let's say a friend of mine posted on my facebook that I didn't serve her any good coffee last time she visited.
I could tell her that I was sad she thought so, or that she had at least have had a good cup before :D
Probably I would remove what she said since it was a complaint and who the hell wants to read that there?

If she posted nice things she would make me happy. The bad she can send me in a private message.

I try to see it from their perspective too. So far they havn't pissed me off.

I think that's a good idea, and what we're not allowed to write down what we feel about a casino, how are other people supose to know how a casino is treating their players?

I can assure you that from their point of view the same story is a little different.

unless a person is completely oblivious about social media:confused: then its obvious that they [the casino ] opened the F B page as a business for to display the best side of there company [exactly as bryan said] keep the pissing and moaning to the P A B or here on the forum out of the general publics eye since there's been no verdict
