I pitched a bitch last week, any update ? thanks

I am trying to contact jeff hurley from futurebet which was responsive in the past and now no reply

I sent about 20 emails to the support of sportsbookusa which the money was transferred from Indio and to jeff hurley and no reply

The cashout in Indio was made on January 2004

I was paid only 1000$ from the 2633$ and it was two weeks ago

The live chat was the only place to get a reply but now it doesn't work any more

Please help

Hi oded34,

I expect an answer from Futurebet very soon - like in a day or two. Thanks for your patience. :D

By the way, if there are any stragglers out there, people who never were paid by the "old" Indio Casino - and via the Sportsbookusa deal - please contact me.

I still don't hear from them , not by email or live chat

They still didn't send the 1633$ they owe me for half a year

This is totally unacceptable. I was told you are being paid.

It is unfortunate but true that Futurebet is all too frequently caught being economical with the truth. I wonder what Ron Katz will say this time...

I've just been informed that the player has been Netellered the full amount.
Wow - we can expect more complaints in the months to follow. Wonder where they found the money.

Good job Meister

I see Bryan's reference to the "old" Indio, which begs this question ...

Is the "new" Indio better or less rogue? It appears they have a sister casino called African Palace, which I've looked at because of a pretty decent bonus offer.

I'm staying away for right now since Indio is associated with them, but would appreciate any updates/comments as to either of the following: 1. anyone who's played African Palace and have good or bad comments and 2. whether there is a "new" Indio and what its rep is as well.

Gracias.

OK, next question ...

Does that mean the problems were with the Futurebet folks or were they with the management of Indio?

I apologize if this is being rehashed, but appreciate the help before I decide whether to entrust a deposit with these folks. :notworthy

Hi Macgyver,

Stay clear from this casino. Even though they are running new software (Playtech), it's the same people. The operators lied to me on a number of occasions - and I have emails to back this up - so I wouldn't trust them in the least bit.

Go spend your money elsewhere - or if you want to throw it away, just visit my wish list :D

Many thanks, Bryan ... :notworthy

That was everything I needed to know to stay away from these two (Indio and African Palace).

I just may visit that wish list of yours, now that you mention it ... still owe you (in my mind) for the help with Connecto.

For the record, the Futurebet - Indio dispute judgement depends on who you believe, I guess. Neither side covered themselves in glory or really seemed to give a damn about the player.

Long stories very short:

Indio said they were unhappy with Futurebet over software issues and put up money to rectify these. It didn't happen, and the relationship got worse, and FB would not or could not repay them. Their story is that FB's Jeff Hurley instead agreed to take over the outstanding payments to players (because Indio had decided to find other software that did what they required.) This was not a large sum of money - well under $20K I've been told.

Futurebet denied this, but in the end they did *help* those players who were complaining. Only problem was, FB's "solution" was to route the players to a sportsbook-casino and then whack them with another x 10 WT.

From a player's perspective both sides were uncommunicative, slow and secretive throughout.

Choose whichever version you prefer, but in my book they were both behaving way below what one could reasonably describe as acceptably in player terms.

I am ın out of country so I can acess my NETeller

I applogıes ıf they paıd I thought a cheque should come as the fırst payout was processed

I wıll check my NETeller later and wıll update

Any Futurebet operation should be avioded at all cost. They are broke. The same goes for IAG.
