you and me both mate
2 features from £40 starting balance today, both shit, then after 2nd feature IR dies like its just paid me a grand!!!
Best base game hit 5OAK Amber (without wild)
1 Wild Desire (4th Reel) £0
Sarah Feature just over £2
Troy paid £19 early on but I was already losing more than that before it triggered.
Wouldn't mind but its every time I play IR now so I feel ya pain
Used all codes like yourself and IR and JP are my main played, deadly, have to rely on Netent for a tiny bit of game time.
yeah thats good old IR (and most 243 ways slots tbh) :/ Ive had some horrible sessions in the past, but now im past chasing it anymore. I just run any of those 243 ways (it actually applies to all slots imo) and if they are super cold, now i have no problems leaving after 50, 40, or hell even after just 20 spins. If its cold its cold and out of maybe 100 times i decided to stick with a cold slot, i dont think it was worth it maybe a handful of times, if that many.
How many times were you playing a cold slot and had super crap base game wins just to finally hit a FS, which inevitably paid f-all? Now i try to avoid doing that whenever possible, but sometimes i also get caught in a loop and it really feels so... deja vu really.
Heck the other day i was so pissed off with Piggys riches (and thats after i finally decided to stick to my "if its super cold after 50 spins tops, leave") that i ended up playing it for 700 spins. And only reason i actually left was because i just couldnt stand the sound of those damned 2 scatters, lol. So im well aware how hard it can be to leave a slot, especially one with such a nice potential but now
Yeah i do know about theoretical "every spin on its own !

" thing but tbh im not buying it anymore. Yesterday i had a session on IR where 10 spins without big win popping up was a rare sight, and yet there were sessions where id burn 500 or more spins, with no big wins, just trying to hit that dam FS round, and i dont think my chase was worth it, 95% of the time anyways. And at least speaking from my own experience, its like that 9 out of 10 times. Bar a few freak hits on Jurassic Park slot with its stacked wilds, i dont think i actually ever managed to recover from 500...ish odd dead spins session.
Its especially important if we keep in mind most of us start with a (sometimes very) limited bankroll, so we cant really wait for 500, or 1000 spins for that big win but even then you really need a couple of x200 - x300 just to get to the point you started at. So imo, HV or not HV slots arent really worth chasing even if you have a healthy bankroll behind you, you really dont want to chase that x400 wins if base game is paying crap, by the time you actually get that win you are still going to be behind
not sure how it ended up with me writing a wall of text about something i wanted to explain in a few sentences (and probably could have)
but i think we can blame Piggys for this one. i swear i can still hear oinks and its been days since i played that thing :/
edit: just to make things clear, there are some notable exceptions to my rule - games like DoA, bdba, Reel steal and such, obviously
