lets say for example i deposit $50 and get a $30 bonus, i gotta play 30x the bonus would be $900 i believe.

what if i never got near the bonus money, i think i would rather not get the money, earlier i was up $200+ but had to keep going to get a bonus.

or am i not understanding exactly how it works.

That's the 'risk' of taking a bonus.
It's a double edged sword.
They give you 'free money' to play with - it's only reasonable for the casino to impose wagering terms on it.

That's why some people prefer to play without bonuses.
The rest of us use bonuses to make profit.
The choice is always yours....

It'd be 30(50+30)=2400, not 900. Can't quite make out what you're asking about getting "near" the bonus money, but I'm assuming you're talking about a 'sticky' bonus that you can't cash out. I'd steer clear of those...much more likely to meet the WR and cash out with cashable bonuses.

I think you understand insofar as bonuses require wagering requirements that are sometimes hard to meet. Having been on both sides of the fence, so to speak, as far as taking/not taking a bonus, I have done far better not taking a bonus. If you hit and haven't taken a bonus, you can cash out pronto, If, on the other hand, you did take a bonus, you will have some stiff wagering requirements before you can cashout. Your bankroll will invariably zero out about the same time the WR are met. I call that "Murphy's Law of Online Gambling."

Just make sure the casino in question doesn't have a WR on the deposit itself, as diamond deal does...."WR" is 5x your deposit.

https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...casino-sucks.11391/?highlight=diamond+deal+5x

Also take note that any player that deposits and requests a withdrawal without having wagered AT LEAST 5 times the amount deposited will be charged processing fees in accordance with the deposit method used. Fees vary depending on the deposit method and those methods that can not be electronically refunded by us will have delivery fees that also vary depending on destination and delivery method.

If that happens and you don't want it, contact CS immediately before playing anything, and ask that the bonus be removed...

This is something for which you have to be alert, unfortunately - casinos giving you a *stealth* bonus and then holding you to a set of T&Cs unilaterally attached to it, like no withdrawal, additional W/T, roll over to next wager etc

I don't think anyone would draw a sinister conclusion if the bonus was free of obligations and therefore a genuine show of appreciation for your custom, but when the *gift* is accompanied by conditions you have to be suspicious of the motive.

I would suggest you contact the casino and tell them to flag your account for no bonuses without your specific approval. Whatever you do, don't do nothing (or worst still use the bonus) - that can be interpreted as acceptance of whatever conditions have been attached to it.

I don't see why casinos can't first send an email to the player when they want to make this sort of award - and then free it of conditions, or at least tell the player upfront what the conditions attached will be.

You may be referring to the Vegas Partner group of casinos. They automatically give you a 15% bonus on each deposit. It can't be considered a stealth bonus since they are upfront about it. And actually it's one of the few bonus programs I participate in.

The others are 32Red's VIP thing and Intercasino's monthly bonus. I accept them and usually pay no attention to the WR because I just use them to goof with the games. I rarely ever take bonuses except for these. I don't like to be pinned down on how and what to play. Occasionally I hit a few big wins with the bonus money; cashing out has never been a problem. If I hadn't made the WR, they let me know and I play until I do. No problem.

Please bear in mind bonuses are not obligatory, in fact not accepting them can really make your casino play much more refreshing.

Stealth bonuses are those that the casino slips in there to do you a "favor" but it's a ploy to enforce some whacked out wagering requirement on you and is usually a practice of a poorly run casino. If this ever happens to you at one of the casinos listed at Casinomeister, please contact me and the casino rep listed here ASAP. Thanks!
