Ho hum, don't make things easy do you?
And there was more, including him rejecting a photo I've used at at least 10-15 other casinos as I used flash.
I hope I'm not going to be asked for other ID at a later point as that will be the end of this account with you.
Photo ID rejection for you too huh?
I am sick to the teeth with casino's that do this now. Here was my Email to them.
"Hi,
I wish to query the rejection of my photo ID.
I am just about sick of casino's rejecting Photographic Identity unless it is a Driver's License or Passport, despite the ID provided being a valid form of identification.
Not everyone travels or drives or can afford to!
Please can you explain to me in depth of this decision?
I wish to inform you of what the UKGC regard as valid ID. The ID I provided also being Government issued I must add.

The following sources may, therefore, be useful for verification of UK-based customers:
•current signed passport
•birth certificate
•current photo card driving licence
•current EEA member state identity card
•
current identity card issued by the Electoral Office for Northern Ireland
•residence permit issued by the Home Office
•firearms certificate or shotgun licence
•benefit book or original notification letter from the Department of Works and Pensions confirming the right to benefits
•council tax bill
•utility bill or statement (but not ones printed off the internet), or a certificate from a utilities supplier confirming an arrangement to pay services on pre-payment terms
•bank, building society or credit union statement or passbook containing current address (but not statements printed off the internet) - bank or credit cards alone will not be sufficient as these do not provide either residential address or date of birth
•confirmation from an electoral register that a person of that name lives at that address
•recent original mortgage statement from a recognised lender
•solicitor’s letter confirming recent house purchase or land registry confirmation of address
•local council or housing association rent card or tenancy agreement HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) self-assessment statement or tax demand
•house or motor insurance certificate
I am fed up of these casino tactics of delaying approval of my photo ID, so at a later date, when the time comes for a withdrawal, the withdrawal will not be processed and will be returned to my account in the vein hope that I lose it back.
Also I have lost a £150 withdrawal because of deliberately super sloooow payment processing.
With everything taken into consideration I find it highly unlikely that I will deposit another cent into Ikibu unfortunately.
I look forward to your response.
Thanks,
Paddy"
While I do really appreciate the promo, and believe me I hate this post I am making...I am just about at the end of my tether now when it come to casino's rejecting Photo ID for "no other reason than on a whim". You can probably guess why that is sarcastically quoted.
When casino's ask for verification documents and I send them, I expect them to do their due diligence and accept them when they are all valid. Not play a zero sum game. Because in the end, there will be zero more sums coming from my wallet into your bank.
Admittedly if I really wanted that to happen I'd have to avoid all Mt Secure Trade casino's, where I've actually had this same recurring first denial, which is what I just might do.
Sorry for the disgruntled rant.
BTW, which Colin are you
