Ignition Casino - Questionable Business Practice

"Profits more important than player safety".
Damn, reminds me of the recent findings at the american aimed gambling poker site 'America's card room'. Owners didnt give 2 craps about players cheating in multiple ways when it was brought to attention recently with some pretty damning evidence. some think it was even the owners doing the cheating themselves.. and now they claim to be issuing refunds where applicable, probably only because they dont want to lose whats left of the now dwindling player base they had.
Shame that you are fairly restricted in regards to where you are allowed to play.

So Ignition offered me a $540 bonus with just a one-time play (10% of my losses for 2018) through to apologize for the issues. I said sure, why not but only wound up giving crediting me $500, shocker. The first $300 was lost on a $2 a spin slot in like 5 minutes and fluctuated between $40 - $140 a few times until the play though was met and then I got sunk. SHOCKER....played it thinking wouldn't it be nice to win something with this bonus.

I asked the dispute department rep, who was really nice, about not being regulated and not being transparent with slots RTPs. He said Ignition is in the process of getting regulated again, and that he did not know why they stopped certifying the RNG. He said that he saw all my chats and that I was lied to over and over again, which he apologized for. I need to speak with him again on Monday to inquire why Ignition does not publish RTP.

Can I ask you why accepting Australians would make any difference? And could that be why the RTP on slots feel lower cause trying to get the Aussies hooked?
Australians are only allowed to play at licensed Australian sports books, not casinos. Online casinos taking Aussie bets may have issues with the authorities, that's why it makes a difference.

I seriously doubt that anyone would change the RTP to "addict" a player. In fact lowering it would probably have the opposite effect. :p

Thank you for answering about Australia and online casinos being illegal sans Australian license.

What I menat about the RTP was that it would not surprise me if Ignition Casino turned down the RTP for USA players, so Australians could win more to keep the player base growing since they just started offering casino to that country in 2018. Is that crazy to think??

Also, so Ignition Casino breaking Australian laws??

Not crazy but impractical. That might make sense for some fly-by-night casino coming out of the Ukraine using pirated software, but these casinos are well established - relatively speaking - and would be wrecking havoc on their reputation.

That's up to the Aussies to decide.

Ok....so why does Igntiion Casino not post its RTP's for each game if it is so honest and established??

And why not get the RNG certified??

An operator’s RNG certificate of compliance indicates the transparency of the casino. It shows that the establishment can be trusted, and that players get a real chance of getting big wins and jackpots.

I think the Aussies' did....."

It's illegal to provide some interactive gambling activities, such as 'online casinos', to someone in Australia. Examples include roulette, poker, craps, online 'pokies' and blackjack. ... provide an unlicensed regulated interactive gambling
service to customers in Australia......Customers should be aware that if they gamble using illegal services, they run a high risk of losing their money. These services sometimes refuse to return deposits or pay winnings to the customer. As the services are operating illegally, there is little recourse for Australian customers."

Aussie here and not Ignition but as far as I am aware Joe Fortune is a sister site which I play at.
Last year before the new law while they had MG I had a nice win and got balance over 1k but lost it before W/R complete and didn't play at it very often until the law started and our restrictions were very limited. Had 1 decent win (about 2.7k) around a month later followed by being unable to hit anything and at least double if not triple that lost over the next 4 months or so. Since then it seems like it has gone into crazy pay mode (4.5k, 5.1k, 1.6k and pending 1.8k withdrawals with approx 3-4k in total deposits, without logging in and confirming the exact amount). If they were altering RTP to hook us Aussies I would assume they would've done it a lot earlier and be taking it all back by now on me and not giving it all back.

Joe Fortune is a sister to Ignition Casino too???

Ignition rep says they only share the same customer service provider.....which sounds like a bunch of bullshit!!!

Over 2-hours I made a bitcoin deposit at Ignition....it had over 14 confirms about 15 minutes after I sent it. The deposited money/bitcoin is still not in my Ignition balance.

This is NOT a good sign, is it?? I have spoken to Ignition reps, sent screenshots of the confirmed transaction from block-chain and am told i have to wait 24-48 hours. I am furious right now, as I confirmed the BTC address it was sent to and it is correct so why would Ignition be holding players bitcoins and not depositing to balance????

SORRY I POSTED THIS IN THE ONLINE CASINO THREAD BUT REALIZED IT WAS BETTER ON HERE:

I am a regular slots player at Ignition Casino, and since 2018 started the slots have been noticeably tighter as I have lost over 70% of my deposited money.

So, I inquired in chat about why the slot games RTP are not listed, and was told that Ignition slot games all have the same RTP of 97%.

I asked is that number the average of all slots RTP, or does each game have the same 97% RTP?
The rep said each slot game has the same 97% RTP.

Nothing is listed on Ignition Casino regarding RTP at all, and they feature multiple solts from different software.

Is this odd??

I just hit big at Ignition Casino and they deposited the 3000 dollars into my bank account within 1 week it was processed and approved in 24 hours.

AWESOME FOR YOU!!!! What country do you live you may I ask????

I have lost $8k in 2018....on slots. Deposited just shy of $14k......not so good!!!! I expect to lose but Not this much. I can barely get my balance over $100.

says independence , missouri above :)

I was asking because I was under the impression that USA players could only deposit and withdrawal via Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash at Ignition Casino.

Also, looking at the above player's 1-day transaction history of total credit = $6808 and total debits = $4012.....means that she must have deposited I would guess between $500 - $1500, maybe more. As that is only in the last 24-hours. And Ignition's total debits and credits do not included the actual deposited amount, it is purely based on spins. So if you deposit $100 that does not get calculated in. So say that you deposited a $100....you play a slot at $5 per spin....first spin you lose, second spin you win $15....it would be listed as $15 credits, $5 debits. The $100 never gets taken into account. Does that make any sense???

I deposited with American Express Prepaid card and withdrawal they wired to my bank account.

Ignition casino is a fraudulent site that is going to be taken down very soon by the DOJ. They commit fraud every time they process a payment on debit and credit cards because they use the wrong mcc showing up as electronic store when the mcc 5997 I believe is the one they are legally required to use which is gaming. The penalties range from 100k-1m USD per instance and up to 2m Euros for each violation is EU. They offer games to residents in EU despite not having a gaming license to operate there. There gaming license is fake, just like the one on bovada.lv, slots.lv, cafecasino.lv. you couldn't submit a complaint if you tried. The real gaming licenses issued by Curacao comes from Curacaogaming.com the one that ignition casino has says Curacaooffshorefinancialauthority.org which is a fraudulent site. They claim to be independently run but the chances of that is literally 0.000002% I will upload my analysis following this post. They refused to admit that they are all connected. They refused to give me there gaming license number which no legitimately run casino can do. They do not have a certified seal of RNG which means there is no guarantee that they haven't manipulated games. I highly advise all of you NOT to play at any of these "casinos".

curacaogaming.com and curacaooffshorefinancialauthority.org are both things that don't exist. You either meant curacao e-gaming (defunct) or Curacao Gaming Control Board (current).

The anjouanoffshorefinancialauthority.org are the real authority for anjouan licences. Anjoun Licensing Services (aka Anjouan Gaming) took over all marketing, administration, compliance, due diligence, and ongoing compliance in furtherance of the issuance of Internet Gaming Licenses. The ~15 licences still using the old AOFA certificates are essentially legacy licences. All the licences on anjouangaming.com are AOFA licences but completely handled by ALS/AG.

Live chat refusing to confirm linkage between obvious sister sites is something I've ran into before elsewhere so its probably part of the training from dodgier outfits.

I would personally avoid them due to the providers on offer and their general reputation but their licences, whilst pretty poor, are not fake.

Find out how Bryan feels about Ignition Casino in this review.
My name is L. Case. I am a regular at Ignition Casino and have been since 2021 or 2022. I too have noticed an obvious shift in gameplay at this casino. I have also noticed similarities in game play there betweeen slots that are supposed to be using rng's that are somehow "in-sync" eith one another.... Which should never be the case (in my opinion) if using rng. I have also noticed that "IF" you manage to pull off a win and make a withdrawal (even at times when not withdrawing) you go through a hideous losing stretch..... Which seems kind of odd to me. I play Keno alot as well on there and the winning number sequencer literally AVOIDS my picked numbers, and when you move off a number, the sequencer starts choosing that/those number(s) again.... Which seems completely unlikely if it were a genuine RNG .... I would love to gain support with others and figure out a way to prove this and start cleaning this BOOMING online casino fraud and shut it all down.

Just use another casino , or you might as change your first name to Head, if you want to battle with an online Casino that’s a job for a Head Case/ Nut Job

If you believe they are bad actors ; report to wholmever holds it’s license is with and then find New provider. But Dude , Keno is one of the worst games to play in relation to odds.
