hi everyone!
so, i was reading the 1k$/€/£ thread and which slot to choose with such a bankroll and 20 a spin and started to ask myself the opposite question: if i just have 10 euros bankroll (or just want to play that amount) which slot may i give a shot? of course i thought about DoA on a .09, but which one else? :D

Easy one, I would say hands down Rhyming Reels: Georgie Porgie by Microgaming.

I cannot begin to count the number of times a 0.15 bet has garnered a bonus of over $100. It is my go to game when all I have left is a chip and a chair.

I tend to head for the MG 9-liners when down to my last £5-£10 at 0.09p spins

Built back up on these many a time so I can return to my nemesis 243 ways games.

Thunderstruck
Spring Break
Agent Jane Blonde
Adventure Palace
Ladies Nite
Break da Bank Again

Also sometimes I play minimum bet on 15 liners

Mermaids Millions
Ho Ho Ho
Lucky Witch (Extremely HV)
Hitman

Edit: Wasn't going to admit this but I've also recouped a few quid on Starburst @ 0.10ps a few times too! Boring slot but worth it now and then if it help to save my ass!

Same on the start burst (am ashamed to admit ) - but if down to a fiver or less i do the last of it on that or BDBA.

But it reminds each time I do play Star Burst on my last few quid what a truly awful slot it is. Managed a few times to get back to 20 or so quid then switch games - and then usually loose.
Repeat Cycle

i can remember more than once piggy riches giving me some quids to backup my bankroll on the lowest stake, maybe i was just really lucky that time. generally i'm always unlucky on microgaming, really poor playtime, i had my first good winning this week (even if i don't play that much generally).
i'm always dreaming for a wildline on DoA

Well, for me, it's not just a matter of which slot, but also about taking a bonus or not, i.m.o.
There's this other thread i spotted, about if bonuses are favorable for players or rather the casino's and i was going to reply there, but instead ill do it here, since it applies to both:)

I am one of those players that almost always deposits the minimum, or close to it. Reason for that mainly being, that i count each deposit as lost before starting, and as such i want to lose as little as possible. So mostly i deposit 10,-

In Unibet and Maria, i can deposit a minimum of 15,- with Neteller, my preferred method, or 5,- with direct-banking.
In 32Red i can deposit 10,- with each method, in MrGreen i can deposit 5,- with Neteller, 10,- with D-bank, and in Redbet a minimum of 20,-..

My other fav's (3 Dice, CasinoLuck/Nxt, V&J, IGame etc.) are all 10,- minimum, and most of them allow taking a bonus with that minimum deposit amount.

Most people think a bonus is crappy, unless its a high percentage with low playthrough, but i concur, that especially when depositing minimal amounts, any normal bonus can be a very good idea. Again i say the prerequisite is thinking of the deposit as a loss, and ipso facto the bonus is only to get a few more spins in.

This also gives me purpose, and the goal is to prevent the inevitable loss, by playing either conservatively, like you said on slots like Doa, Reel Steal, Break the Bank Again on 0.09 ct, Piggy Riches or Fruit Shop or other 15 liners with a 0.15 ct minimum, or Attraction, Starburst or for instance the new Quickspin slot Second Strike, on 0.10 ct, and then see if you can double the balance, or even better: When that happens, and i must say it often does, i can pick whatever slot i feel like, and play the next level of slots with 0.20 or 0.25 ct minimum, and try and repeat the same, so either double or better, or sometimes i will just play till the feature comes, then move on.

Of course there are no real rules, sometimes i just stick to a slot, regardless of what happens, because i feel it's hot, or whatever.

I've noticed that when i play like this, i.e. minimal depo with bonus, i generally really make playthrough more easily then when i would take 100% match up's on deposits of 25,- or more.

There's also the option to leave the bonus out of the picture, and the low min bets method still works well.
Also just for the heck of it, mostly when new games are launched, make a min depo, to check them out, regardless of the min bet size, and just go for it. Sometimes this works too, but i can with certainty say, that the minimum depo + bet size has more chances:)

Important factor is of course which casino you pick too: i only play at places i mentioned, where i know this playstyle isn't punishable by the T&C's, but i know if you pick unaccredited places, or a lot of the white label-type newer places, you may be bonus banned soon, or even banned all together.

Another thing i try on small balances, is Video Poker on minimum bet's, when in RTG that, can be 0.01 cent, but mostly it's 0.10 cent or up, but due to the nature of VP, you can expect some playtime, or try your luck with the gamble feature (in this case of course without a bonus, as this is sometimes considered a no-no) until you double up the balance, then switch to slots.

That's my 2 cents on the matter:)

On an extremely modest budget of £10 it comes down to whether one looks for decent playtime, exciting playtime or a quick balance boost.

As previously mentioned, for a decent session it has to be DOA or any of the 9- liners. You can go sometimes several hours on those and they seem to trigger quite frequently, whilst also more dependable than DOA, which is always gives the hope of hitting a home run.

I'm a big fan of all the Rhyming Reels games but Georgie Porgie has the knack of turning small balances into monsters. But then despite its medium- variance appearance I think it is amongst the lower wrung of high- variance.

There simply isn't that much fun to be had with £10 that provides as much balance as these types of slots. It is always worth taking a bonus in this case, the extra funds can make all the difference and playthrough should be negligible.

Long gone are the days of Trolls & Pandora's Box on small bets (R.I.P) ever since they got pulled from the UK. I hate Excalibur. Now those games were da bomb!

I think gonzos quest @ 20p a stake isn't a bad choice. Decent gametime / gameplay and if luck is with you some freespins for a decent win.

No shame in starburst either and it has 10p spins.

Starburst 2lines up bet on the back of a win of 4£ or higher do not exceed 16-18p a spin unless way up(at least up to £45)

PyramidQFI at 10p is also a great choice leave after it gives a win of 300x or more.

Esquelito and Birds on a wire at 10p or Barber shop.

Tomb Raider with only 2-3paylines on(you'd be surprised how often it hits big wins)

Oh and not lets forget the fabled "Twin Spin" at minimum 25p a spin. Depressing when you hit a full a screen on the lowest bet but this slot has kept me going for ages
sometimes when low rolling. Which is what Im doing most of the time these days. Suppose if you can find a decent bonus that can boost bank roll. But I rare take bonuses
these days. Preferring instead to try make a 20 or 30 straight deposit to a 100 or more then cash out.

The only time I played 10$ balance was 2.50 a spin on ariana:) last spin hit 1k

Went to live black jack and won 10 hands in a row for a nice 500$

Cashout? Yes

10 to 1500 in 20 minutes

Yes if I ever deposit the minimum then I always take the bonus because with this amount you are looking for a slot fix and it's entertainment ;) You know you will probably never see that £10 again so may as well get more playing time out of it . And anyway if you run £10 up to £50 would you really cashout if you could ? Most slot players are in for the big win .. so by the time you wish to make a withdrawal you will have completed WR anyway . My minimum bet is 40p . I refuse to go smaller than that because it's just too painful to get a 250x hit on a 10p stake :( I usually try go bananas or wonky wabbits . Featureless games where you can hit big line hits is best imo

Well, i decided to give a shot with just 10 euros on an Italian micrograming casino (vogliadivincere). I took a 50% bonus, so 15 euros to play and a x30
Bonus WR (150euros).
First I have to say that I had quite a lot of playtime, this is the "strategy" I used: trying to double playing at 9 or 15 lines (adventure palace actually doubled my bankroll) then playing 15 euros on 243ways at the lowest bet amount trying to hit something good. Basically I went up to 30 and down to 15 again like 3-5 times, then everything just got cold and I busted. I didn't check WR but I think I made it.
I have to admit that it was pretty funny, I will play like this more often!

The Wish Master, thank me later. Deposited 50$, 60 cents bet, 10 minute later my balance is 180$

I don't think many players would thank you for that suggestion as a lowroll game. :p
You were rather lucky.

my favorites are agent jane blonde and ladies nite.

just yday i was down to my last $2 and went to Ladies night to play 9 cents a spin. and hit 5oak within minutes and then had about 45 free spin rounds.
i can't tell you how thrilled....and heartbroken i was as i usually play this slot at 90 cents or more when i feel its hot.
but did get my balance up and went on to bust out on immortal romance.

A small twist on the original post but sometimes I stick a wagering limit (£10) on my account when awaiting cash out to stop 'bad things' happening.

I deposited £200 somewhere and forgot about the limit and was stuck with it for 7 days while it reset.

So I decided to play it daily for £10 to see what happened and managed to make £107.50 profit playing mostly the new phoenix netent slot, gonzoz quest and golden ticket.

I have to say I actually enjoyed playing at those levels because the gameplay feels much better. Golden ticket in particular...dream reel setups galore which you rarely see above £2+ stakes.

Anyway... I hope you do find the right selection for your low roll and my experience makes me think that it could be quite enjoyable.

Good luck

I only had $5 at 32 Red to play with, started playing Adventure Palace on the lowest bet and I started winning, upped the bet and kept winning. End result $500 withdrawal :)

I think 9 liner games are good to start with :)

Quite often I deposit $20 in the hope I get great playtime and a withdrawal off that one deposit but this isn't my budget and I quite often will do multiple $20 deposits in a row lol.

Some games I like to play on my first low rolling deposit -

Reel Steal @ 0.09p (netent) - Do 50 spins or something - leave if no bonus round
Jewel Box @ 0.15p (play'n'go) - Do 50 spins or so, you might get a decent base line win but the aim would be to get the jewel box feature and hopefully get a nice win out of it
Spinata Grande @ 0.20p (netent) - I sometimes get nice hits out of this within 20-30 spins
Georgie Porgie @ 0.15p (microgaming) - Mentioned already this is a great slot to play under $10. Don't even need to get bonus round to get some nice wins out of it
No Worries @ 0.09 (microgaming) - Doubtful to hit anything nice in base game but the aim would be to get the bonus round because you basically get at a chance at 2 bonus rounds if the win is not satisfying
Fat Lady Sings @ 0.25p (microgaming) - Base game gives plenty of small wins nothing big - but enough to give you a chance to hit the bonus round which is like 2 bonus rounds in one.

Ive had some decent luck playing only battles and tournaments with small deposits of $10 - $20. For entertainment purposes, this isnt a bad way to spend a night but can get frustrating waiting for tounies and battles to start and receiving pay outs etc. If im playing at a casino where this isn't an option though, I generally go with Starburst. I can usually double my balance at least once on this game but need to learn to get out when that happens or end up wasting hours trying to get back there, before meeting my inevitable demise. If im playing at a MG casino's i go with the 9 liners that are listed in previous posts. Had some good wins using 3-6 play lines recently on both MG and NetEnt slots.

If I had £10 in my account I would still do 50p - £1 spins, would 'be too gutted if I was to hit a massive win on a 10p spin.
If you bust out then ok whatever you only lost small fry, but if you win it can be the start of a huge win.

I can attest to that... last year i was on a reduced budget so i was mostly depositing 10$ almost daily.... i went over 50 deposits with 0 withdrawals... mind you most times busting out without even doubling my balance. I really feel, that you need a certain budget to increase your chances, unless you just want to bet 0.09 and waste some time.
