If RTG Can Create NuWorks - Why Can't MGS Do The Same For U.S. Players?

I just don't get it. RTG created Nuworks, which is a variation from the typical
RTG software platform, but you know your playing something related to RTG.

I bet Microgaming has a big enough bankroll to create a U.S. only type of software
platform which gives us the feel of MG but it's not really MG. This way they don't risk jeopardizing
the Microgaming name whatsoever and they can still maximize on the money their losing by not
being open to the U.S. market. Think Level 11 but to MG's discretion, with or without MG slots, but
still developed my MG. They could even hire a company to do it but remain behind the scene picking
and choosing the design, feel and style of the software platform.

If they don't end up doing this, IMHO, I think MG would be severely missing out.

I dont think it has anything to do with software. RTG and Nuworks are 2 different types of games to probably give more options to attract more business. Micro probably does not want to risk all the US regulation. They probably lost some business a long time ago when they pulled out a long time ago, but now they probably dont even feel the loss. They probably look at it as a lot more to lose than gain.

I think MG is a public traded company. Where RTG is ran in some mafia clip joint in the slums of Costa Rica

As I understood it the DOJ and US gov. made clear to the various on-line casinos that any operation still accepting wagers from US players after the UIGEA would face a roadblock if foreign casinos were to become accepted and regulated here in the future.

I would have to assume most of these smaller operations don't have a problem with that because of the profits they are seeing now and the ability to re-name or re-brand with relative ease.

Mega establishments like MG, Netent or IGT probably don't want to do anything to jeopardize future possibilities for their products.
