I play on Rival software enough...

I mean I have become a much bigger fan of 3Dice, but I needed a little change of pace, and I wasn't doing well at Inetbet today either... so I found a nice promo recently added to my account at Pantasia....

After playing for some time, I clicked back on the lobby and lo and behold after wagering $500.00... NO COMPS?!?!?!!

The ugly part first. It is not worth stating that you will post in any blogs or forums to ensure they do the correct thing. It may weaken your case to some extent when it is discussed in future.

Nevertheless, this treatment meted out to you is ridiculous. On each and every Rival site, it is stated that comps will be given (normally 1 comp for every $1 wagered and 1000 comps will earn you $1 cash with no further wagering requirements. If they dont like you, they simply dont accept your deposit and should not deny any comps after you have started play without relaying the message to you.

This level of disservice , may I call it, downgrades the Rivals to a new level. First, they treat some players like second-class citizens by denying them bonuses accross a whole of casinos and now they are stingy enough to deny comps as well. WTF. It's at a conversion rate of $1 to $1K wagered for heaven's sake. First, a $0 balance instead of <$1 for clearance of WRs and now refusal to grant comp points for wagering. What will they come up with next? Sheesh!

Do you want me as a player or not?

Was I Blacklisted, or have I never been qualified for comps at Pantasia, and if not, what do I have to do to become a beloved player, eligible for comps at Pantasia?

I have accounts at over 10 Rival Casinos, and I earn comps at all the other ones for all my play that involves depositing to receive a bonus.

Why should I choose Pantasia over them?

This RIVAL shit is really starting to piss me off. Win a few bucks at a particular casino and you find your promotions all vanish. OK, fine and dandy, make a few deposits without claiming bonuses and things will return to normal. But wait, they don't. Hmmmm. Well obviously your custom is not valued there and you should move on to greener pastures. But what's this? No promotions at the next one either or the one after that and you have not even played there yet. Oh well, they must be a sister/brother casino of the first one. You must be on some list. Bah! List schmist says another one. We are brand new and independent from all others and we value every player, even the winners, no really, we do! We just value them differently. They are in a class of their own with customized amenities chosen specifically for them. We deluge them with spammy mails, we offer them exclusive 10% bonuses as long as they deposit using a specific method and we extend them a generous 50XD+B wagering requirement. But wait, we're not done yet. We've saved the best for last. The cherry on the cake is that we have now taken away the comp points that any other schmuck would rightfully accumulate for all the dollars they spend with us. Enticed yet? Come on, give us a go. We've got an account class just for you too!

Regarding your promotions.
Unfortunately, the casinos security system has flagged your account and you are restricted for certain promotions and comp points.
The casino reserves the restrict promotional usage to anyone, without disclosing the reason why as per the terms and conditions on the website.

Should the status change in the future you will be notified by email.

A deposit that was wagered on the games is not possible to be refunded as per our terms of use.
You currently do have a wagering requirement left and when completed you may withdraw the winnings.

If I am able to muster a withdrawal I will post that... otherwise... I am done with them....and from what I am gathering... most other Rivals too...

Here's a promise, I wll be calling any Rival BEFORE I deposit from now on to check my green flag or red flag status!!!

They should be tossed into the pit for this crap. Calling this a SECURITY issue is completely bogus, and downgrading status without informing the player, and then BAITING them to deposit is, well, er, bait & switch.

Rival are beginning to behave like Virtual casinos, although in a diferent category. Virtual offer huge promotions, but don't pay. Rival use bogus "security" excuses and secret "management decisions" to cheat players by switching off comps without telling them, pretending that further play will increase their "account class" when it will not. The poor service alone warrants "not recommended" status, and this should apply to ALL Rival casinos that are in this clandestine central database sharing group.

If they are put out in the cold, they might consider changing their ways and treating players fairly. I DON'T necessarily mean by showering them with bonuses, but I mean by being TRANSPARENT, and having OPEN terms and conditions, rather than these secret ones that have such dramatic effects on a player's account status.

Many players now know that most Rival casinos share the database, and are therefore likely to uninstall ALL Rival casinos on their PC after being shat upon by one. Other players (like me) will not even bother trying their FIRST Rival casino because of the sheer weight of evidence of this negative treatment of players, credible evidence too, since Rival reps have admitted on record that this funkified central database really exists, and is NOT an urban legend as has been suggested before with other softwares.

Only SlotoCash seems to be immune from all of this, and may be the only Rival worth playing at, for now at least. SlotoCash is by no means the golden boy though, since they DID renege on a marketing deal with another forum, and got themselves a blacklisting, which as far as I am aware is still current. The deal asked for 30 days notice of termination, but SlotoCash terminated it with ZERO days notice, which created considerable problems. Worse, they refused to communicate this decision straight away, and screwed the forum out of a month's FREE ADVERTISING by taking advantage of it's generosity in not immediately pulling the banners upon the first signs of ignored communications.
 
This is too wierd...

I went back and checked my wallet reports to see how many times I deposited at a Pantasia linked casino...on the last 4 pages there was at least 8 with a couple decent withdrawals in the mix, so many of the Rivals that I like are tied in with Pantasia...Vegas Regal...Slots of Fortune...

Last post for me for now on this topic...

In retrospect I guess there was a warning thet they had a problem with my account...I seriously thought that the "frozen" lobby was a down under theme, since it is winter in Austraillia. My lobby has been thawed and I earned 67 comps for my $5.00 free play.

Maybe posting here made a difference after all...

I'm sure they will never tell us, but I feel vindicated nevertheless!!!
