I need to vent about Jackpot Party

Ok I just need to get this off my chest - I want to make it clear I am not expecting anything, I am not saying the Casino is cheating or anything like that - I just need to vent

So I make deposit after deposit sometimes I withdraw mostly I lose - the RTP sucks on JP as you know cos of their progressives. However I like JP, the chat even grew on me it made me laugh ! Anyhow I get offered the odd deposit bonus but with the low RTP again hard to cash out.

Then miracle of miracles they offer me a no deposit bonus - I am sooo happy - except when I try to use it every spin is distorted, the reels over spin,, they drop in in the wrong order , they freeze. I come out go back in no difference,. So the whole experience was just soo naff and frustrating when it should have been sooo good. I deposit a tenner to see what happens - and everything is suddenly fine and dandy. So yes I point out to support what has happened - I get some advise on clearing cookies etc - that's ok good stuff but then the VIP Manager comes along, tells me there is no problem , nobody else has this problem apparently .

This is where there silly chat comes into play to my advantage- often I am on there when people say that their game has frozen , that the reels keep spinning, when those people were saying that about their own games my game was fine, so it is obvious that when problems occur not everyone gets them at the same time ! So I don't like to be told there is no problem , Feels like I am being accused of telling lies !! not a nice feeling

A while ago at 32 red SOME of us were getting constant spinning in the flash casino - not everyone but some. Red 32 listened and discovered there was indeed a fault which they have now sorted - there in lies the difference

As I spend a lot of money at JP maybe I could have been given a free chip. I get free chips else where where I spend much less - Yes I know this is not a right, or a given, but it would have helped to be given a chance to enjoy my one freebie rather than be told there isn't a problem so there is nothing that can be done.

Nothing to get too het up about. Obviously many people were playing the promo at the same time, and the servers were struggling. CS always blame the player's equipment when it comes to this type of lagged spinning. Once you deposited it would just be a case of coming back in to a better server connection.

I know , you are right. but you have just answered me a million times better than they did - your explanation the servers were struggling I am sure is correct - the VIP manager just said there was NO problem. I didn't feel much like a VIP.

Anyway I took my money to Betsafe and even managed a withdrawal !

Hate this I had good win at trozenzia or whatever it was called, settled down to a lil drink and all I had was lagging and games crashing all the time. Most frustrating night, I don't like logging in and out of a machine when playing. All my balance dissapeared between machine jumping, I closed my account after ne deposit.

Sorry, I find that very hard to believe - you are saying your game crashed, you reloaded and your REAL money balance had disappeared?? Please elaborate.
