We can agree or disagree... it won't matter.The law was not challenged on First Amendment grounds, so it hasn't been tested on that, because nobody has to date been prosecuted for talking about gambling online in WA state. When that happens, the law will be thrown out as being vague, and a law that infringes free speech. We're probably just going to have to agree to disagree.
This will NEVER see any higher court.
The Supreme Court REFUSED to hear it based on free speech in 2008.
It will stay the law of the Land.
Your faith in our broken and corrupt system is a naive, IMO.

The government already knows all the secrets of online gambling... I'll bet they know more about online gambling than just about anyone here.
They have spent the last two years infiltrating the casinos, the forums, the players, the payment processors and even the affiliates...
I don't mean to sound harsh here, but we have no secrets left to protect...
