    Sorry to hear you have had problems with the casino. Would be good to find out more about what exactly happened.

    As for help im afraid that the casino in question is one of the ones on the no can do list which unfortunately means there is nothing that can be really done here to help you and you will be unable to PAB.

    But for future gambling you could try sticking to the accredited list of casinos which means any problems and there will be help available.

    Unfortunately that one is one of the rogue Rival Gaming Casinos :(
    (Not rogued at CasinoMeister - but I have only heard bad things about them)

    If you are totally and completely stuck and you are sure you haven't breached any of the casino's T&Cs, you could ask the Refilliates Rep by Private Message if there's anything he can do to help: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/member.php?u=18711
    This casino is absolutely nothing to do with his group, but he has been known to help players at other "roguish Rivals" in the past by getting Rival involved.

    Yes, its a regular occurance that players find their way to the forum after playing at casinos from the rogue pit. I feel bad for you man and I really hope you get your money back.
