As for help, explain your problem on here. If people read it and check your problem and it does not seem to be your fault or you haven't broken any terms, they will offer you advice on what action to take next.

Sorry to hear you have had problems with the casino. Would be good to find out more about what exactly happened.

As for help im afraid that the casino in question is one of the ones on the no can do list which unfortunately means there is nothing that can be really done here to help you and you will be unable to PAB.

But for future gambling you could try sticking to the accredited list of casinos which means any problems and there will be help available.

(Not rogued at CasinoMeister - but I have only heard bad things about them)
