I HAVE BEEN WAITING 1 MONTH AND 3 WEEKS FOR PAYOUT FROM HYPE. WHEN I SEND EMAILS I GET THE SAME ANSWER OF "IT IS PENDING IN ACCOUNTING" IF MY BILLS WERE PENDING IN ACCOUNTING THIS LONG I WOULD BE IN TROUBLE.

BY THE WAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY RUN AROUND QUESTIONS I HAVE YET TO HAVE ONE ACTUALLY ANSWERED IN 25 EMAILS AND ONLINE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

SO WHAT DO I GET FOR ALL THE TROUBLE --- NOTHING
NO SORRY WE WILL GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO PLAY WITH
NO ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS
NO UPDATES AT ALL
DO THEY REALLY EXPECT ME TO JUST SIT HERE FOR MONTHS AND SAY "OK I WILL JUST LEAVE YOU ALONE AND WAIT" WITH WHO KNOWS HOW LONG IF EVER I WILL GET BACK NOT ONLY MY WINNINGS BUT MY DEPOSIT ALSO.

IF ANYONE HAS BETTER INFO LET ME KNOW

I realize that you may have vision problems (thus the all caps) but our replies will not be all caps, thus you gain nothing by shouting. :)

Back to the problem at hand. Have you sent Hype copies of your required documents? Have they acknowledged receipt of these documents? If this has already been done, please email or PM the casino rep here on the board HERE Please be polite, and do not write in all caps when contacting the casino rep.

As, I'm sure you've already read here at the forum, Hype has had great delays (along with better known casinos) in paying players, and you are not alone. However, they are making moves to get these cashouts to players.

Mousey is quite right GSIMI.
Are you in the USA? That seems to be just about the only place still having problems with Hype at the moment.
Try sending a PM to Tristan, and maybe also try KWblue as he seem to have good contacts there.

Nothing will happen til Monday anyway, as these guys seem to work 'normal office hours' (I believe Tristan is based in Australia).

If all else fails - Pitch a Bitch with the CasinoMeister!
(I hope that wont be necessary).
