HUGE NEWS- CLICK2PAY ONLY REMAINING PAYOUT METHOD

Is C2P still processing casino transactions for US players? I have a small balance, but I don't want to try funding a casino account until tomorrow (hoping for a bonus offer).

Also, are there non-gambling merchants with C2P as a payment option? I wouldn't mind just spending my balance since I cannot withdraw anyways.

C2P is still funding at all casinos. That is what is so maddening. They will ACH the money OUT of our bank account but won't put it back in.

I want to transfer it to a casino, but I don't know which one to send it to. I was exclusively playing at Fortune Lounge since this whole US thing, but now they are only funding back to C2P.

Someone else mentioned AllJackpots, and I have a VIP account there, so maybe I'll try that. Any other suggestions?

Jackpot Factory casinos best bet for US

In my opionion Jackpot Factory Casinos are the best bet for now. They allow withdrawal ACH,Click2pay, Courier Check.

That is for the moment. I am a VIP . They told me the situation changes or can change on a daily basis due to the ecash transaction providers.

So, always call support before depositing to make sure the withdrawal option you want is still available.

I am trying to spend the funds left in my C2P account at their casinos. Hoping to win and transfer ACH.

Anyone know any RTG casinos allowing ACH payout for U.S. players?

OK that's good to know. I can't fund or wdw from C2P except through casinos (no ACH). I'm just going to deposit to a casino and do a wdw by check if I win. After C2P is depleted then it is on to gift card deposits and check wdws.

No U.S. withdrawal from Click2pay Temporary? I say probably not

sent the email below after receiving an email stating that my request to transfer $1400.00 to my Bank Account was denied because the transfer was less than $1500. The email did not in any way communicate that it was a temporary situation. In fact, they advised me to SPEND the funds at an eligible merchant! MY EMAIL TO THEM:

Withdrawals team,

Is this a new policy? I was told it was a temporary system problem that would probably be corrected by February 1, 2007.

I am unaware of any Originating Finanacial Institution that can only process withdrawal from a bank account. It should be a two-way street, meaning that the Originating Financial Institution should also be able send funds to a bank account. Please be more specific on the policy and procedure for withdrawals. For example is this a new policy and only transactions from here on out will be processed in the amount of $1500.00 or more.

If this is the intent, then I would have to say you are in breech or your terms and conditions by not notifying your depositers of changes to terms, condition, procedure relating to withdraw from click2pay accounts.

Please advise as to your policy for future withdrawals from click2pay account.

If the policy has changed and is not a temporary "Glich" in your software, as explained by Click2Pay Support please state so.

Many persons, such as myself may not wish to spend the cash at a merchant but would rather return the cash to their Bank Account. Per your agreement, this is the service you agreed to provide when I registered an account with your company.

As far as I can see, you have not updated your terms and conditions to state otherwise nor furnished account holders advance notice of a change in policy which would have afforded them the opportunity to withdrawal their funds to their registered bank account.

A speedy reply to my inquiry is expected

As you know from my earlier posts, I had $1325 in my C2P account and they would not issue a check unless it was for a minimum of $1500.

I deposited all my C2P funds in AllJackpots Casino (Jackpot Factory Group). I played for a couple days, went all the way down to $200, then hit a lucky streak. I got it up to $2200 and quit last night (what self-conrol, huh? ) I went through the banking withdrawal screen to withdraw half of my balance and they noted that all withdrawals will be paid back to the original deposit method (C2P) (I feel like I'm in a vicious circle  ).

I email the VIP support and asked if I could have a different method of withdrawal, and they responded within minutes and said they could process a check withdrawal for me (no ACH's). I went back to the bank in the casino and requested a check withdrawal, and followed up via email.

Hopefully they will not do what Fortune Lounge did and throw it back to my C2P account anyway. I'll post when I have receive funds.

Jackpot Factory has discontinued ACH withdrawal?

So you were advised no ACH withdrawal by Jackpot Factory today?

I recently just had an ACH sent from that group. If there policy has changed please post it under. "update casino deposit/withdrawal options" thread

Thanks

Jackpot Factory:

On Friday, Feb 3 I initiated an $1100 withdrawal via check. I received a second confirming email from Jackpot Factory that my withdrawal would indeed be by check, not C2P, and that they would send it to "accounting" in the next 6-8 hours.

I continued to play at the casino over the weekend, somewhat confident now that I would be able to withdraw any winnings.

Good news (or so I thought)! Last night I hit another winning streak. Tried to withdraw my funds and was told that C2P was again the only alternative (you'd think I'd learn:what: ). So, I left my money at the casino to see what they'd come up with.

This morning I get an email from the casino that the $1100 check was not going to be issued and istead they sent the money to my C2P account:eek:

Then, a few minutes ago someone posted on this forum that Jackpot Factory's website says that they are withdrawing again via ACH. So, I initiated an ACH withdrawal to my bank account for a portion of my winnings. Anyone want odds on where that withdrawal ends up??? Back and forth, back and forth.......:drink: (I've been having to tip a few just to get through this)

Once and for all, someone needs to try to confirm if US residents can indeed still make withdrawals from their Click2Pay accounts. Well, I am going to be transferring some winnings from one of my casino accounts to C2P later this week, and then I will be testing this out.

Stay tuned...

I am in the process of trying to get a c2p withdrawal. I think they will do it via wire transfer, so I had to research to find out that information on my account.

If it actually works, I'll let you know. Give it a couple days.

withdrawal initiated

I finally had some expected funds hit my Click2Pay account today, so I was able to submit my first withdrawal request. An email has been sent to withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com requesting a withdrawal of $1500 to my registered bank account.

Watch this thread for updates on the progress of this transaction.

update

I contacted CS and was told that my withdrawal was not initiated yet because I need to send an email detailing all my bank information. It's not enough just to say "send it back to my registered bank account." Also, it was made clear that this payment will made by international wire transfer, not ACH.

So here is the banking information you will need to include in your e-mail to withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com requesting a withdrawal:

Bank Name
Bank Address
Account Holders Name
Account Number
Routing Number
Swift Code

Also, for security reasons be sure to include the last four digits of your PAN and the answer to your secret question.

Is there anything that anyone can find that that officially states Click is going to dump USA customers. Any official statement, insider info, email.... I have received nothing from them. The 1500 limit is certainly an indicatior..Pay the big boys first then we will get to the little guys. I am upset that they have not sent us any information - why not a "your transactions no longer suit our new terms and and conditions( note new...this was not in our contract) your account has been cancelled" and your measly 53.00 is being sent to you via tugboat or our new option, dogsled. Ahahahaha
(or what ever the hell way they decide to give it to us.):eek2: Cheez. People...this is so Neteller I dont know why anyone is even using click right now. Be careful!!

BANK INFO CLICK2PAY REQUIRES FOR WITHDRAWAL

I was told that they needed, routing number, IBAN number AND Swift number.

I called my Bank and told them someone was sending me an international Wire transfer and the Bank gave me both the IBAN and SWIFT number.

So you may want to followup your email to click2pay with the IBAN number.

I was figuring C2P was pushing us out too.

But then I figured they were cutoff from ACH like Neteller was. Or at least they were being hyper cautious -- no new US customers, no more ACH/Check. That leaves us C2P account holders some operating room... at least for now.

That means that the money isn't locked like Neteller money is. The cash can come out in a $1500 wire, or can be redeposited at the rooms.

I know many of you are casino guys, but Absolute and Pitbull Poker are taking C2P and giving out checks or Epass after some play. I've heard UltimateBet is the same. Pitbull is very slow with W/D. These rooms will require some play. But who knows how long that option will last?

But in the U.S. we don't follow the IBAN system. My bank instructed me that when someone asks for the IBAN to give the routing number instead. However, I will refer to it as the IBAN when I communicate with C2P.

So you're saying that your bank gave you an IBAN which was different than your routing number?

re: iban

Yes I told the bank someone was sending me a Wire transfer from international/foreign bank. I said I was told I needed to provide them the IBAN and Swift Number. She looked up my account infor and gave me both numbers. Both different from my routing number.

I suppose C2P will know what to do. and disregard the IBAN number if they don't need it.

MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT ALL WIRE TRANSFERS ARE BEING HIGHLY SCRUTINIZED AND ALL MAY EVEN BE REPORTED AS OF RECENTLY TO THE FED. I WISH THEY COULD HAVE JUST CODED THE EFT DIFFERENTLY. I WAS HAVING NO PROBLEM GETTING THOSE. AS I SAID BEFORE, I BELIEVE IT IS THE CASINOS BANKS AND CLICK2PAYS BANK THAT ARE BLOCKING THEM. NOT OUR BANKS. THE ARE TOO MANY FOR OUR BANKS TO REVIEW WITH NO MEANS OF REVIEWING THEM ALL ELECTRONICALLY.

HOWEVER, THERE ARE FEWER WIRE-TRANSFERS, SOME BANKS DON'T EVEN ALLOW THEM IF THEY ARE SMALLER BANKS. WIRES TRANSFERS HAVE BEEN UNDER EXTREME SCRUTINY SINCE 9/11

withdrawal update

Getting back to the withdrawal request I emailed to C2P yesterday...

I never received a reply acknowledging it had been received, so I called up support to check on it. The CSR said that everything was apparently in order and that it was forwarded to the accounting department for processing. He noted that the IBAN I supplied was a routing number and that would be sufficient along with the SWIFT code to make the wire transfer. I asked why the funds were not deducted from my account yet and he replied that my withdrawal requires manual processing, which will take two to three days normally.

UNREAL!

I just don't trust these guys. Why don't the just put the withdrawal button back and have it deny withdrawal if less than $1500.00. With instructions to provide IBAN and Swift number via email. Better yet have a method of entering that information in account details.

Now you have to wait 3 days for them to process it, then they say up to three days to get it(which is obsurd, their efts come in to my bank the day after I make a casino deposit).

And, I fear, they may not be accepted by the bank, and if they are the wire transfer will show the sending institution as a Foreign Bank, rather than it coming from a payment processing company, and the bank having no info identifying the source of the funds.

I'd hate to have to explain to my bank why I was getting funds transfered to me by a German or Swiss Bank!!! Why can't their bank just process the eft, if the bank is able to initiate a wire transfer. And if click2pay eft's were being returned when they tried to pay us, then why is my Bank processing their eft's and sending funds to click2pay. This is very confusing~!!!I seriously doubt my bank would pay them but not let them return money to my account.

I asked them this question 100 times and they "don't know", YEH RIGHT!!!!

I just wish someone would be totally truthful about what is going on. Why checks , ach, can't be sent but a bank wire can. Makes no sense, ACH has less identifying info, no swift or iban number needed. EFT/ACH is the best way to get around, identity, so they say.

withdrawal update

I received an email today, the third day after my requested withdrawal, that only amounts above $1500 can be processed, and that my $1500 withdrawal was therefore rejected. So I replied saying that I would like to now withdraw $1600.

I hope I won't have to wait another three days for this updated request to be processed. At least they are communicating with me by email now, which is a positive development.

Good luck :)

If it was me, I'd request $1500.01 just to piss them off. :p

MORE THAN 1500.00 TO WITHDRAW

This is why I started a new thread asking for people to post sucessful
click2pay withdrawals via WIRE TRANSFER . 71 people have viewed the post and not one reply.

They never said it had to be more than 1500.00 . They specifically said it had to be 1500.00 or more.

This is bad news. I just requested 2000.00 withdrawal. I phoned support to make sure the email request was recieved and had the agent review all information I provided in the email to be certain they had all the information they needed. She said it would be processed in 2-3 days because they have so many requests. I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW IF THEY HAVE ACTUALLY PROCESSED ANY OF THOSE REQUESTS.

I am ready to threaten to report them to the DOJ. They are changing the rules as they go along. The casinos are paying them to process their customers transactions but still are not willing to help us with click2pay problems. There is something wrong with that picture.

Obviously as long as click2pay is still able to get funds from our Bank accounts and remit payment to the casinos, the casinos could careless if we get our money. Plus they keep sending our money to click2pay even when they have ACH and Check available, knowing click2pay probably won't allow us to withdrawal to our banks.

This is a scam. There is no way they can request funds from our bank accounts and not be able to return funds to our bank account.

I have asked repeatedly why this is, and the reply is "I really don't know this is just what I have been told". We can't use eft for withdrawals from your click2pay account" LIARS!!!!!!!
