How would you read these Terms and Conditions

These are 2 lines of T&Cs from a casino. I have posted the T&C, what my interperation of the T&C was and then what they are claiming

This offer is only available to existing players, new players who register in that month will not qualify for this bonus.

My View, I joined in July, so I am now eligible.
There View, It means I have to wait one month, IE Joined 14th July, Eligible 14th August.

Players must have first played at least 30 days before the date of bonus being applied.

My View, If i havent been playing regularly and in the last 30 days, I am not elegible
There view, and quoted from their email, This means that after you have been registered for 30 days, we can credit the bonus to you. You will be able to receive this months bonus but not until your account has been active for 30 days.


I hate only whingeing but is it me ???

Don't see a problem I'm afraid. I can guess which casino you're referring to and their bonuses are so good I wouldn't kick up a fuss if I were you. Wait a few more days!

I agree those terms are confusing - I joined that same casino in July!

The wording is so bad I found 3 different ways to interpret it!

I e-mailed them to query it, and they confirmed that you can only claim this bonus after you have been a member there at least 30 days.

In other words, you can only claim the bonus 1 month or more after you FIRST signed up (and played) with them.

So GOCC, like me, you'll just have to wait until late August.
But like elscrabinda said, it's worth waiting for!
