It's due to regulation proberly. Some games require a minimum of 5 seconds to "perform" once you hit the spin button. If it's removed then the 5 second regulation is in effect. It's more like the license that requires casino's todo this, with the quick spin feature removed. If it was for the providers, they'd invent a quicker way to rob you off your money really.

If it's such an issue try to play the game in 2 3 or even 4 tabs at the same time (if possible). The casino's i play at do accept multiple tabs with various games running along.

Why? Because money. Small casinos have to think a little bit to be attractive enough to be profitable and don’t give back to much or blow their profits on useless promos. Making game lobby filters probably is not one which is most needed if this was only idea for that. Some things which can feel big, might be that from casinos point of view, if send some realistic calculation how much more revenue casino would make by little easy tweak in gamelobby, they might be happy to make some deal about it if it's something they couldn't figure out themselves and have really impact to their revenue.
