I picked 2 to 4, but there are times when I have funds that I deposit many more times than that.

If I'm playing without a bonus, I might have a budget of $100, but I'll make $20 at a time, in case I don't need to deposit 5 times to get ahead.

If I'm not flush in my e-wallet, I probably only load my card once, maybe twice in a week, and sometimes not at all if I'm running cold.

I ticked the 0-1 because while every now and then I may deposit twice in a week, I'll often go weeks (sometimes months) without depositing at all. I just can't seem to work up any 'enthusiasm' for RTG anymore.

it depends of my work winnings vs affiliate earnings vs casinos winnings/cashouts

i stipulated to my self a X% of the budget, so some weeks are 0, some weeks are 5 or more, some others are 2 or 3

I've gone 5-7, but not because I'm a hopeless addict(!), its just that as with Jasminebed, I will tend to deposit in smaller chunks regardless of my budget for the evening/weekend/etc, because if I hit a nice win early on I'd rather not have more of my cash tied up waiting to be returned by a casino... also, if I put all the money in then I am likely to keep playing til I bust, whereas if I am having a truly god-awful session and still have half my intended spend in my bank, I sometimes decide to keep my money to play tomorrow rather than just keep pumping it in when I'm losing badly and not enjoying myself.

Depending what exactly it is you are hoping to find out, perhaps a question of 'How much do you spend on gambling each week", or "How much do you put aside for a full evenings gambling entertainment" (etc) might yield more useful results ?? Of course I might also be completely wrong as again I have no clue as to your real point of interest

I understand, but I just thought the problem with your question was that it does nothing to separate people who deposit 1-3k in order to get the maximum sub/reload bonus then play all through the month with the balance, from those who only deposit a few pounds once a month, just for one example, or in my case, selecting 5-7 deposits per week doesn't necessarily mean I play 5-7 times per week. I might deposit 5-7 times in one night but then not play the rest of the week.

I asked a question/poll, people answered. I put that choice #4 so people could elaborate, like some did. You're the only one that seems confused.

First you don't like my question, then you don't like a poll turning into a thread, then you think there's confusion???

You're under not obligation to answer polls or reply to threads that confuse you so easily.

Every person who wrote in the thread also wrote a bunch of qualifiers regarding their answer in the poll, which I think supports what I said about it being an ambiguous question. It's not that I don't like your question, nor am I easily confused, but if I wanted to know how often people play on-line I wouldn't gather data on simply how many times people deposit. They might be one and the same the way you play but for others they are not making the data useless.

I didn't think of it as such a thought provoking question is all. That is the reason for my laughter and easy peasy remark. I wanted it just to be a simple question.

I chose 2-4. When I deposit more times I normally start feeling guilty unless, I'm way ahead that week. Since I look at each deposit as a session, I normally try to have 1 session or so for each off day. (work 3 on 4 off, then 4 on 3 off). So works out pretty well.

Yep same here. I used to average seven deposits a week, these days only once a week. Same reason, loosing streak of epic proportions I just dont have the patience anymore

I've a very finite gambling fund (I'm poor lol).I have 'X' amount to spend which I know before the week starts.and large wins dont much affect whether I gamble any more, because large withdraws go to my bank which get spent on things other than gambling - once WDed to my bank they dont go back in.

That type of attitude towards gambling always impresses me. I haven't quite master it yet. I know a lot of guys keep track of things they want to buy with their gambling winnings, so when they win they buy something for the house. I started trying to employ that method of thinking but it's still pretty hard for me.
