Is there not a legal requirement for a minimum rtp?

Maybe the UKGC should introduce a minimum RTP and make it a requirement that the RTP is clearly displayed when you open a game and you have to click OK to acknowledge it before you can play the game in real money mode. The casinos wouldn't be able to silently shove in lower RTP versions of the games without us clearly seeing then (we wouldn't have to trawl the help files every time we opened a game then)

It does seem now that, apart from at a few selected casinos, 94% is the default we're going to see at mainstream casinos. Also no doubt if custom isn't affected too much by them going down to 94% they'll then keep on lowering it as far as they can get away with.
