How do you read this term

If a customer wishes to withdraw any cash balance before turning over the bonus value 20 times, then they will be prompted by a warning message informing them that they will forfeit the bonus if the cash is withdrawn.

Now if you had a balance and the cashier said Withdrawable 500, Bonus 200 THEN when you went to transfer it said If you continue with this transfer you will lose your bonus of 200 AND THEN you had to click yes to accept losing the bonus. Would you then expect to have the 500 taken off you 2 hours later?

Thoughts please

In some MG casinos you can withdraw and forfeit the bonus. You will only be left with CASH which is fully withdrawable.

From the above post I read it exactly as that. Withdraw and forfeit your bonus (not cash) ...

Care to elaborate on the story...

I will but I can see this going to PAB. It is a Microgaming as you said.

No, the message is CLEAR, you lose the 200 bonus, and keep the 500 cashable balance.

Casinos, as well as players, have to abide by the rules.

Did you get screenshots of the message when you withdrew?

One option is to PAB, another is to contact the rep.

If you cannot do either, you can name & shame.

I will but I can see this going to PAB. It is a Microgaming as you said.

In that case, save yourself the trouble of jeopardising your PAB by splattering it over the forums... Speak to Max.

Good Luck - Hope you get Paid.

Thanks
I have contacted the rep but wont name the casino at his juncture. I was just trying to get the forums feel of what they thought the terms refered too.

Ive received the following reply

Thank you for your email regarding a bonus transfer issue with your
account username '*******'.

On checking your account we believe that this issue has now been
resolved.

Should you believe that this is not the case or if we can be of any
further assistance, please contact us again and we will be more than
happy to help you.

NOTHING has happened? Surely if you say we believe this has now been resolved, something has happened?

oh good grief... they probably never actually read your email.

You've done what you can do with no result... now talk to Max about PAB. Let us know how it turns out when the dust has settled.

And good luck.

This is probably the result of contacting the rep, but is an APPALLING level of service. The email is BS, and the rep can't be arsed to get back to you with a more detailed explanation.

It's PAB time.

I'd just check the transaction history and see if your $500 is maybe sitting in a pending withdrawal status. If it's not showing up there, then yes definitely PAB and let Max sort it.

it was my account as i dodnt have a casinomeister account and gocc contacted the rep on my behalf. i did join and pab with max but had a reply saying he cant do anything as their terms say i have to contact gibralter. seems a little on an accredited casino wont discuss with the accreditors

No worries. The decision making in this case has pretty much got to come from Bryan.

If just like to say I got the following email from Ladbrokes today

Thank you for contacting Ladbrokes

We have reinstated your casino winnings back in to your sports account
as withdrawable funds in resolution of your query.

Please note that your account has been flagged as not playing within the
spirit of our promotions and we will not be offering you any future
promotional credits.

If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us again and we
will be more than happy to help you.

What did come out in this that I discussed in email with Bryan and Max is the fact Ladbrokes refused to discuss the case with them yet, expect the accreditation and the benefits of the accreditation that comes with it.

Is there any move from CM to remove the accreditation? I see from the email they have sent me and another thread, that they are using Spirit of the Promotion? Isnt that rougish??

Whatever you did Bryan, it does seem to have got me my money. Thanks

Ladbrokes, what a surprise:rolleyes:

WTF is up with them, corporate suicide wish:confused:

Suddenly Ladbrokes have started behaving as badly as the white label Rival casinos, and things if anything seem to be getting WORSE.

Pollutants should be removed from clean environments as soon as possible, else the entire environment is adversely impacted.

We ALMOST had a full blown "Betfair stunt" from Ladbrokes, and I expect they DID confiscate that 500, but decided to pay & then ban because of the publicity.

If they want all WR completed before any transfer from the casino can be made, they should state this in the terms like over 90% of MGS casinos now do, rather than PRETEND they still permit early withdrawal with loss of bonus.

This is ANOTHER case of "placing the player into a position of involuntarily breaking the terms", and done by having the WRONG term posted, and enforcing the "right one".

It was reported one of Laddies biggest punters stopped betting with them resulting in their profits dropping £60million so they are tightening up everything else :)
