How do you nominate a thread for post of the month

There is a great thread called '(Australia) Limit pokie (slots) bets to $1 - Report' and a great post by JHV to this. But I can't see how to nominate this post.

I know it's probably very simple but I just can't seem to see how to do it.

By the looks of it you either have to have a certain number of posts (perhaps 100), have been a member for a certain length of time or have to have a certain Rep power level.

It's good to go now. This is a plug in that needs to be turned on for whatever forum. It was never turned on for the Land Based casino forums for some reason. I probably just forgot.

Oopsie for some reason "registered users, fully registered, and webmeisters, were deselected as a user group having the ability to use this.

Everything is good to go now. This may be the reason it hasn't been used all that much
