How believable is this - Rival software

I asked for my game history emailed to me.

This is the reply I got -

"You are welcome to see a very detailed history of your play at the cashier. Simply enter the cashier and click on Details/History > History.
You will be able to see all your hands played there. I'm afraid our back-end doesn't allow simple extractions of this data so I cannot email them to you. I would literally have to copy/paste hand by hand of hundreds/thousands hands you are asking for here."

Would you say they really cannot extract data, that the manager might not know, or that I've been misled?

Btw, I've been having great luck at a Rival Casino, played hundreds of thousands there, until I got comp pts plug pulled.
Since that moment, precisely since then, I've been having ~4 SD losses continuously, which is what caused me to doubt (and then question) the software.

Would you say it's possible to ask the manager I spoke to to direct me to a techie and then ask him for my data extracted?
Has anyone had their history sent by Rivals?

Because either I caught a glitch, or I caught the AbsolutePoker glitch. :D

wow :) way to go on winning with hundred's of thousands played :thumbs up:

probably labous to to do screen captures of all of them , have you ever heard of the program called snag it i believe it makes that chore simplified

any way keep winning :thumbs up:

Hehe thanks!

It'd be an impossible chore to snag screenshots. I was thinking of getting the hand history emailed and then
1) first analyzing the data myself to make sure it really is beyond statistics.
2) submitting the hand history and my comments to Wizard Of Odds afterwards.

But with screenshots of clicking "next" after "next" for hundreds and hundreds of in-game history pages, it's be a near impossible task, no matter what the software is used.

That is why I asked them for my hand history, and that's why I'm curious is it usually possible to get such a thing from Rivals. Losses I got recently, which just happen to have started at the exact moment when my comps were pulled, aren't exactly of the usual "I went in with 100 and lost it all" type.

Did you try going to the cashier, clicking on history/ games played?
It will give you a list of each spin/hand you played on each game you played.

Yes, there is a hand history available.

However, due to the volume it'd be impossible to collect the data manually from there. That's why I'm wondering about getting the hand history emailed.

Apparently it is on file somewhere, since it is being shown in the cashier. It does kind of puzzle me to hear it from Rivals that it's impossible to email that.

Its certainly not impossible. I once requested some logs from a MG casino, it took close to 3 months to get them and they werent even complete.

Altough Rival casinos dont even want to tell you your payout percentage etc. even if they have the info. I managed to get stats from one Rival after some 20 mails and what could be seen as a threat. Of course it wasnt for the whole timespan I wanted.

Easiest to get logs are from RTG, 3Dice and MG in that order from my experience.
