I think Dueling Banjos is odds on to get at least a place in the 12.40, and in the 1.15 Man Look is a massive price and has a decent chance.

Bob Ford in the 2.00 is the trainer's only runner of the day, and was impressive last time out. Theres nothing special in this race and looks a good bet to follow up.

In the gold cup, romain de senam seems to be the one I'm leaning towards. Betvictor are doing money back as a free bet (up to £20) if you don't win on this race so will stick £20 on

I like Irish Roe in the 2.50

Thomas Campbell should in the 3.00 (of course me and Col picking the same horse usually sounds the death knell)

In the 3.30 I think Ahead Of The Curve is worth an EW bet, not sure why its 25/1, but no doubt by 3.40 I'll know

When Raashdy won its last race I thought that was probably it as it won but didn't think it was overly impressive. However they seem to have found a race with pretty terrible rivals in it so will most likely win again.

Bit of a different type of bet for me today, but I think its value, all these are to win by 4 lengths or more.

Benatar should win the 1.40 easily enough, although Keeper Hill won last time, it was a 2 horse race.

Tommy Silver shouldn't have any problems beating Cultivator in the 2.20, and I'm surprised Cultivator is as low as 7/4 in places, I think Boston Blue has more of a chance of getting second at 16/1.

Melangerie in the 3.50 is the dodgy one out of the 3, but its main rival in the betting is Destrier who I watched last time, and was distictly unimpressed with, when he was beaten a massive 50 lengths in a poor bumper, if he wasn't with Skelton I would think he would be more like 12/1 than 2/1 as he currently is. Speed company is the other danger, is an ok flat horse and has had quite a bit of support in the market this morning. However I'm not convinced he is going to be good at the longer distances, and its his first run over the jumps. I think thi sis likely to be a schooling trip for him rather than being pushed too hard to win.

The treble is priced at 20/1 with Skybet so had a few quid on it.

I honestly just think its the trainers form thats making it the price it is, when it opens up, if it drifts then its just been people backing it for no reason.

It won by 9 lengths, all to win by 6 was 33/1 but the last one is the one I'm not sure about, I also hate it when a jocky is 10 lengths up at the last fence then lets the horse slow so it only wins by 2 or 3 to try to save its handicap mark going up, not that should be a problem today I think.

At the min accas aren't doing me much good, keep finding that 1 duffer. I had a footy acca on yesterday and a 1/28 shot let me down. 1/28 unbelievable.

I might try the eachway option on the gg's, now that they're going over the longer trips, over hurdles and in testing ground. I like to look for the eachway value on the short fields 10 runners or less where the fav is odds on.

Unlucky with those bets. I have been punting on the same deposit for well over a week so I can't complain. I prefer the jumps season,especially over testing ground because the form book seems to be much more accurate and predictable than on the flat or shorter trips.

Meh! I was wanting to back Mutineer in Miss M's race but it became a none runner before the meeting began so I opted for Miss M instead. I was in two minds about cashing out early before the race began

Double Ross is an interesting one because it has previous form some time ago and has been lightly raced since.It looks like it will be a big price but in a big field I prefer to look for more recent form for each way betting.That's why I have gone for American in the same race.

Kings Cross is tipped in places and looks like a very good each way bet but in the same race I have gone for an EW double on Lakefield Rebel and Utility hoping that Utility will bounce back to form,but maybe the weights have done for him?

AirhorseOne probably need the run last time out and for me it was a toss up between AirHorse One and Master dancer. It win last time out has given Master Dancer the edge for me.
Good luck today. I've not gone mad with my bets today and I'm only betting with the money I am up with from yesterday. If I do ok today I may stick a bet on the evening card at Wolves

Just a quick post from me, had 2 trebles on yesterday, 2 winners and a second on bith ffs

I like Redemtion Song in the 12.40, 12.45 Black Corton, I think he will handle the ground much better than Fountains Windfall, and would be surprised if he doesn't beat him easily. Having said that every horse in the race has a chance, but think BC should win.

I liked Whitsundays in the 1.00 when he was 4/1ish, but I'm not sure he handles the ground, the money for him this morning suggests he will, but I'm not backing him at 2/1, so no doubt will win by half the track.

Hear No Evil in the 1.05 will win this if he handles the soft going.

Irish Roe in the 1.15 I would think would win this, the weight turn around with William of Orange should make it easier than last time, assuming he has been trained well, as I didn't like the way he failed to pick up when looking like the winner for most the race last time out.

Acdc is my NB of the day though, loves soft and should cope with these pretty easily. Seans main reason for going there today too (bearing in mind he had the choice of 3 meetings, he chose this one)

On another note, Peter Bowens only got 2 runners today, the 2nd has no chance, but in the 1.35 I don't think Enjoy Responsibly will like the ground, and Court King is second fav, as long as it doesn't get too heavy, should be ok with the conditions. Would rather be on him than the favourite in this

In the big race, I can't see past American. Obviously trained for this, extremely lightly raced, apparently he's quite a fragile horse so has only been run on soft ground, loves it, won his 3 3m races last year easily (including decent races), trainers in good form, jockeys in good form, I just can't see anything beating him. I would be amazed if he isn't in the first 7 (skybet), I'm actually having my biggest bet of the year on him, £100 EW, will return £860 if he wins, £210 if placed, at the current 11/2, obviously more if the SP is bigger. To me this is a free bet. For the places it has to be Singlefarmpayment (who I would have picked as the easy winner if American wasn't running) and Whisper (will do small reverse trifectas). For anyone looking for a big price, then I know Lucy thinks Potters Legend has a chance (33/1), I'll see how the days going but if I'm up by the race (doubtful, its saturday) I'll have something on EW at Skybet. Obviously, Mullins making the trip for just this race has to be looked at, but I just dont think either of his will be good enough.

I also really like Air Horse One in the 1.50, but I can't decide how to back it, it doesn't really fit in with my bets. I might do a £20EW double with American, if it wins then I don't need to do the £100 EW, as the returns are almost the same for the double, if it places then I'll still do the £100 EW.
