It has been less than 2 weeks since you created your account, let alone request a withdrawal or start sending in your faxback documents. We are still checking out a few details before we can approve your withdrawal and so your continued patience is appreciated. On another note, I am sure my staff will be more inclined to assist you if you didn’t start your chats with a string of insults and expletives.

An OP crying "scam" or making accusations against a reputable operator with no proof, and only telling half the story.
If I was Club World, I would refund their deposits and close their account - nobody should have to put up with that crap. However, CW has proven to be very professional over the years when dealing with such issues and I know they will pay if all is OK e.g. the student clause issue where they treated the complainant with integrity and professionalism in the face of unfair accusations and criticism from many people, even though the OP was in the wrong the whole time.

Making an unfair complaint, or not chatting the way you would like costumers to chat, does not give you the right to steal their money, if won fair and square.
What they COULD do, was pay the sucker, and THEN delete his account....which is probably what I would have done in this case, if he's acting rude.
I'm confused...I believe Tom, the rep for clubworld has stated the OP's account has been active LESS than two weeks, so the OPs complaint isn't valid. Clubworld is still verifying docs and processing the withdrawal all of which has happened in less than the two weeks the OP has proclaimed.
Out of this you get if Nifty was a casino operator it would be for a rogue casino because they would be stealing money or not chatting in a correct manner? What does this statement have to do with the opening post or the reps' reply?

Not only they did that telling me they can actually apply new terms on me.
They refused at second chat to give thechat transcript, and although I was not rude and nice to them in the chat they hanged up on me, and I got a message the chat was disconnected although it was obvious to me it was in purpose.
It looks very bad in Redflush at the moment, maybe they spent all the money on the new website

It has everything to do with op's post. The fact, that a few people don't read what's actually beeing posted, before they jump in to defend Nifty isn't my fault.
Nifty proclaimed, that based on op's way of chatting, and the fact that OP made an unfair complaint, HE would confiscate op's winnings, and give him his deposit back, if it was his casino. THAT would make Nifty's casino a rogue one, which was what I rightfully pointed out.
Can you please stop defending Nifty, no matter what he says or does, and at least read the posts you're sticking your noses in, before you do it ?
Hey Tom, how about the casino showing us the live chat for a change. ....
... there is no reason why winnings should be confiscated and only deposits returned even if players are hurling abuse at casino staff.
