That's what I did...signed up thru chat. I thought that I edited my post. I didn't take the bonus and I've already uninstalled it...these games are quicker than the rival and rtg casinos. I've played at MCG casinos for years and the reels are quicker than lightning now:mad: I do like thunderstruck and lucky charmer but not if it takes forever to get those darn bonus rounds...good luck.

Yes, that's why I had the little rolling my eyes smilie there -- when MG went into some sort of hysterics about blocking US players, the casinos said MG was doing it, MG said the casinos were doing it.... and we still have no clue as to what set them off.

Everybody keep in mind that they apparently are creating accounts manually, so if you have been sent there via an affiliate site, you need to tell them so they can be credited...

1) I have never encountered SLOTS only counting towards 50%. That is all I played but I did not read the T&C's closely enough to see that. Bah!
2) When the CSR credited my bonus, I thought it ODD that it all went into cash balance instead of cash/bonus. Since I could not see the bonus lower in increments as at all my previous MG bonus sessions, I just played until I was bored. $4592 worth apparently. :)
3) I got an email from them stating the withdrawal was being processed by their e-cash processor. I guess not.

Very strange indeed. Villento is the only MG that I play at and this is very interesting. I usually take advantage of their weekend promo purchase bonus but I never claim the bonus until after I have lost my own money. :D But when they put in the bonus money, it goes into bonus and is played down like normal.
 
Slots at 50% Wagering requirement

To my mind, it is simply deceptive to say the WR is 15X bonus plus deposit and count slots as 50%, when it is industry standard to count slots as 100 percent towards wagering requirement.

Just tell us it is 30 times bonus plus deposit (not unusual, nor especially unfair) and be upfront about the whole matter.

agreed to me IMO they are desperate an not getting the people playing like they used to they did the ole switch a roo on the T&C hoping no 1 would notice or that you wouldnt care just to be able to play at a Micro

they get a black mark from me for trying to make people look stupid

Villento and I have just parted ways after a long friendship. I have entered every drawing each week. I have waited for the free spin drawings. I have deposited and played when they were running promos in hopes of getting even I free spin. Have I ever received anything? Not one thing. When I asked about it I was told that the people that won these things were chosen by the promotions department and they had a criteria that they used. Obviously I didn't fit in the criteria. Then the CS asked me if I would like a free chip (I did not ask). Of course I said. Well, wonder of wonders, he came back and said sorry no free chips available.

I was nice and just said OK. However I exercised my right as a free (well somewhat since I am in the US) and deleted the casino. If I don't fit their criteria then they don't fit mine. :D

Honestly, I believe you, but is there any way you post proof of this? Sounds like pretty damning evidence to me, especially since these drawings are made to sound 100% random, when in fact they're pretty much pre-determined.

I, too, have entered these every week....never won anything.

LOL. What a load of bollocks. We all know why it's there - in the hope that the player will play it back and lose it. If it was administrative, they could still remove it from pending and hold it for payment in 24hrs time.

Microgaming (&RTG) really need to put the Reverse Time in the hands of the player and let them choose how long they want. It encourages problem gambling big time and there should be a responsibility on the software company to help problem gamblers where they can IMO. Wagerworks and Crypto are the only ones who take responsibility in this area.

Needless to say, I won't bother with them again.


PS: If it was TRULY for "administrative" purposes, then the time would be UP TO 24 hours, not 24 hours on the nose.
 
I got home today and was expecting to see a document request from villento.

Instead I saw they had processed my cashout to QT. Very nice!

Glad I didnt get the runaround, I have cashed from them before but it was click2pay, that shows how long ago it was, lol.

Anyway, I have to give them a thumbs up. No flush but the day after it was paid and that is what counts!
 
Well I was able to make one deposit and a one nice withdrawal and now this. I am guessing MG stepped in to put a halt to the new US signups. Anyone have any news of this?
