High volume player -- looking for a home at MG

After fighting for the last 3 months for a 1500 withdrawal from a Playtech casino, that they refuse to pay out for a violation of non-existing bonus term, I am ready to move on.

I am looking for a home at a MG casino that 1) doesn't have any bonus game restrictions that can lead to confiscation of funds; 2) has a good VIP bonus retention program.

I already have accounts at around 15 MG casinos, but never put in much play to see what they give to reward a high volume player. I am not interested in cruises and such, just comps and bonuses. I tend to put in 500k-1mil in wagering each month, on blackjack and table games.

Can someone help me find a new home please?

:eek2: congrats on the bankroll. sounds like a lot of fun. i'm sure you won't have any problems finding a new home if you plan on playing at that level. i do have one question, but you don't have to answer it if you don't want to - if your bankroll is that large, why don't you play at more land based casinos and are you comfortable having that large of a bankroll out in cyberspace? obviously you are, so the last part was unecessary.

500k to 1 mill. have i got a home for you:D its called laurie's place, best place in the world to play for that amount of dough ( sorry jim you gotta get gone):D all kidding aside why on earth wouldnt you be playing at a b/m casino with all that bank roll? it seems that a b/m casino would give more perks if your gonna spend that kind of money. there are some really good online casinos out there and you can find them on the c/m list. i hope you bring down the house with that much wagering:thumbsup:................laurie

i hope this is not a "cloaked spam". 2 first posts from toronto. one asking a question, the other answering? hmmm.

Yea 1819, I was thinking the same thing there, coincidence ? Kinda odd though that they are both first timers here...and why in the hell would anybody in their right mind spend that kind of bankroll at an online casino each month...you could pick your casino in Vegas or Atlantic City and they would send a jet for you with that kind of bankroll...is this guy for f*****g real or what...To tell you the truth, I think you need your head examined wanting to spend that much money at an online casino...

Geeze, lighten up guys!

One joined last month, one joined March 2007. It's not like they both joined today.

FWIW I too lurked for quite awhile after I joined before even posting. If I were to make my initial post such as the other guy did in trying to help, would I too be considered a spammer? :p

edit: From what you're saying, it's not even safe for a high roller to trust 5 figures (or more) in the hands of a reputable casino such as 32Red?

Ha ha... I was just thinking the same thing.... "I need a good loyalty programme from MG"... "As if by magic - here's one!" Amazing!!!:lolup::lolup:

I can think of more deserving places for that kind of bankroll than Casino Rewards:p

Casino Rewards are just as likely to make up obscure bonus rules as many Playtech casinos. Once you become a VIP though, they are far less likely to try anything on, other than through incompetence.

For the following:-

1) Buying goods with comp points.

Casino Action (little known option), but VIP's do not get a good deal because they can convert to cash with up to a 4x multiplier, but do not get the same 4x multiplier on the dollar value if purchasing goods.
Not much in the way of direct bonus offers, but much to be won on tournaments, however they suit slots players, not table game players.

BelleRock play earns both cashback points and auction points. Auction points can be used to bid for deposit bonuses, free spins, and free casino credits. The price paid depends on the demand for each item. Can also be offered weekend bonuses, which appear to reflect past activity. I once played through nearly 50K on slots during a scoreboard event, and was given a 100% up to 400 bonus the following weekend, well in excess of the usual 50% up to 50 or 25 that comes along.

2) The rest.

A) Jackpot Factory - Innovative promotions, some scoreboard based, and often including table games as well as slots. Would suit players with high turnover. Prizes up to $2500 for first place, often 4 events per month. Players who get a payout of more than $5000 and are in the VIP lounge get an entry into an "All Stars" tournament with prizes, and the top payout of all often wins something like a laptop.
VIP's also get entry to the VIP Lounge MG casino. Here, comp points are earned at double the normal rate, 2 per $10 wagered. This rate also applies to most table games, and is particularly suited to a player who likes to turn over large amounts on the tables. I believe a couple of games are excluded from reward points, one is Craps I believe.
Turning over $500,000 on Blackjack would earn 50,000 comps at the normal MG casinos in the group, but would be doubled to 100,000 points in the VIP Lounge, which would convert to a $1000 cashback, or 0.2% of turnover.

B) Fortune Lounge - VIP status is earned based on monthly playthrough, and someone turning over $500K+ per month will quickly reach Platinum, and stay there. Most promotions tend to involve great cruises, where participants compete for a big cash prize in a similar manner to B & M casino tournaments.

C) Palace Group - weekly promotions, either a deposit bonus, a slots losses cashback up to 40%, or a lucky draw with bonus credits as prizes. Newsletter tournaments run alongside these.

D) Grand Prive - start out lavishing HUGE bonuses, but you can be dropped from the list without any logical cause. They have moved away from cash based promotions now to event based ones, such as VIP Trips to big events (Grand Prix), Cruises & Holidays etc. There are also some cash prizes, but these are now distributed by the "lucky draw" method.
One negative point, like casino rewards, is that comps are redeemed as BONUS and not cash, and need to be wagered under the MG Bonus system, which can be a large amount for table games.

Something completely different.

32Red - A simpler approach, based not on loads of complicated promotions, but on levels of service. The few promotions that run tend to draw in high wagering players, winners of the scoreboard based events generally turn over 1Million or more on the qualifying games, which are likely to include both slots and table games. Top prizes have gone up as far as $6000, but are generally lower, with quite a few places receiving something.

VIP (Club Rouge) is by invitation only, and it is more than playthrough, heavy deposits etc that are considered. Generally, the main "extra" is a monthly reload of $132 or $150, as against $32 to $50. Unlike the others, they do NOT use the "MG Bonus system".

Comps (Red Rubies) are awarded 1 per $10, except slots where it is 2 per $10 wagered. When cashed, they have a small 4x WR.

Many other MG casinos could well end up offering big bonuses to a player who turns over in excess of $500,000 per month, more particularly in the weeks & months immediately following their NOT turning over their usual $500,000;)

A good many will stop offering bonuses to players who end up ahead, but will offer bigger bonuses to those players who lose steadily. Slots players tend to be preferred, more profitable in the long term for the casino:D

No Win, that's not what I was saying, I think if any online casino deserved that kind of play it would be 32Red, but my point was...WHY..why in the hell would anyone...millionaire or not want to spend that kind of bankroll at an online when they could have the world handed to them in Vegas or for that matter Monte Carlo...Monte Carlo is really the place for that guy with that kind of money to burn...

I know if I was a serious gambler, had that kind of money to burn and didn't have the time to fly out to Vegas or wherever, I'd be sitting at home playing! And I definitely wouldn't lower my stakes just because I was gambling online...

this was also my point, but i also think that at this time it is just way too much of a risk to put that much money in the hands of ANY online casino. maybe this is just from the perspective of a us player, but if i had that size bankroll, someone would be flying me to vegas where i can enjoy a LOT better comps than any online casino will ever give and keep my hands physically on my money.

Thanks for the 2 PMs that I got -- I now put down 2 MG casino groups to check out.

All: what are you talking about? 1Mil is 20 hours of black chip play. Do the math -- with a good retention program and smart play you don't lose much. Just because I play 10-20 hours per month, nobody is gonna send a jet for me (and 10000 other people). Besides, I am not stepping inside a BM casino until smoking is banned there.

Also, sorry to disappoint, but there is really no conspiracy theory to find here.

Sorry, but I have to disagree :)

32Red is one of the best outfits out there, and is a publicly traded company.....Why wouldn't anyone with a large BR trust them with it?

win i see what you are saying but first off this guy is asking after already claiming to play that kinda coin. very risky. second...i myself have the means to play that kind of money. even if i could find a place, online, to trust with my bank details my accountant would kill me, the i.r.s. would have a field day, and when all is said and done...you get absolutely nothing for it. why risk a million dollar paper trail in this day and age? i'm not knockin the guy i just think he doesnt get the point of "playing" in my opinion. when i spend large amounts in the real world it is enjoyed by many. win or lose, great time. what kind of pleasure can you get out of playing that online? it cant be a "win" factor. with that kind of bankroll no amount won is going to change your life.

Good point Win, but most likely if me or you had that kind of bankroll we could definitely find the time,,,:D

Come to the UK mate - smoking banned just about everywhere now.
In fact soon I don't think we'll even be allowed to fart in public! :D

But unlike the 'Good ol' Land of the Free' here we can spend our hard-earned & highly taxed income at any online casino we goddamn chose!

I can't really suggest an MG for high-rollers, cos I'm the total opposite end of the scale, but our friend Vinyl has no doubt got it all sussed for you already! ;)

While $10K in deposits monthly may not exactly put you in the league of top rollers, that should be enough for you to bargain with most MGs especially since they must be starved of players with many US players dropping out. My suggestion is to bargain with the likes of 32RED and King neptune if you do not already have accounts with them. If any forum reps are reading this they could also drop you a PM with special offers:D:D

I know we should not be tracking backwards but what actually transpired in your row with the Playtech casino? You could try to Pitch a Bitch (sorry Maxd) and see how it goes. 1500 pounds is not something to be sneezed at.
Furthermore, there are rogues on both MG and Playtech platforms with the latter accounting for the bulk of rogues though. However, the accredited ones seem very solid and I am sure that you will find them quite accomodating.

The casino in question told me that Blacjack Surrender was a game forbidden by the bonus T&C, when it clearly wasn't. I am still in communication with the said casino (although pulling teeth is quicker and a lot more fun), so I haven't PAB'ed yet and probably shouldn't mention them by name. I used to think it was one of the more reputable ones.

Anyone suggested Ladbrokes Casino? they have a solid reputation.
As for 32red I used to deposit quite a bit with them a few years back, and I got in to the VIP club and got free cash, gifts etc sent to me quite often, they like to take care of the bigger players ;)

This is a common trick. Most Playtech casinos forbid this game even though they claim that "Blackjack" itself is allowed. Most likely, they intended the game to be banned, but the terms were not posted correctly at the time, and they expect the PLAYER to pay for that mistake.

The most likely problems with the MG casinos are going to be with any SUB, and with the first withdrawal, (documents, ID verification, etc). It may well be worth contacting them in advance to sort this out, especially if wanting to deposit $10K per month, and play through 500K on tables.
Some may see large Blackjack bets with the SUB as one of the "indicators for bonus abuse", as they expect new players to bet more modestly, and play a variety of games while "trying the software".

As for Trident Lounge & King Neptune - perhaps not yet, it is currently in some kind of limbo, having been sold to Carmen Media, who do not seem to be sure what they are going to do with it. The website "current promotions" are STILL showing as for September 2007, although King Neptune is open for new business, but only seem to have the SUB, and perhaps a few weekend offers for regular players.

For 10K deposits, Casino Action have a 10K weekly withdrawal limit, but also offer Instant withdrawals to Neteller, not that this is now of ANY use to a CANADIAN player!

The others do not appear to have any kind of withdrawal limits, certainly none that I have managed to hit:D

I have withdrawn sums of 20,000 from Jackpot Factory and 15,000 from Palace Group in the past, and had no trouble getting them paid in one go.

Part of any research has to include the convenience and cost of withdrawing, this is usually not as straight forward as depositing. Canada seems a bit tricky at present, with the Neteller pull-out, and evidence that Canadian institutions are being "leant on" by the US in order to persuade them to co-operate in getting rid of online gambling (someone mentioned this might be related to plans under discussion for a united continent comprising the USA, Canada, and Mexico).

Yes,
I read about this when it first came up as a "casino/ewallet excuse". I think it all started when CANADIAN players suddenly started getting the boot for UIGEA related issues, and we were all at a loss as to why this was happening.

Yea, looks like that's the way it appears to be going over here, I guess were all going to have to become fluent in Spanish...I walk into Home Depot now and have to spin a box around at least three times to find the writing in English, it's ridiculous !!
