Hi I'm new here and looking for friendly advice

Ok. So. Long story short to get started.

Last Monday night I lost my mobile phone.
I was waiting a withdrawal of £1100 from 32red. And all was fine.
Tuesday morning approx 11 am. I couldn't find my phone so began looking and no luck.
Logged into my laptop to try and locate it. Again no luck. But whilst online. Checked my emails. Surprised to see a withdrawal email from 32 red. Saying your £8100 withdrawal was processing.
So I called them to say it was wrong. I was waiting on £1100. Not £8100.
Lady on phone. Says no. You reversed £1100 played last night and won £8100.
So. I reassured her I hadn't reversed the £1100 and unfortunately hadn't played and won £8100.

This was when penny dropped. About my missing phone.

Someone managed to log in to my 32 red as it was on auto log in. ( yes stupid I now realise )

So anyhow. Phone call to 32 red again explaining situation. Raised a dispute. And now contacted bank. To find out they had withdrawn a further £1000 from my bank account to my 32red account.

So now furious. Back onto 32 red who basically told me. They won't discuss anything until they heard from bank

So back to bank. And eventually find out. £13500 withdrawn to 32 red within a matter of hours. So the dirty (*^%^*%). Hadn't reversed £1100 and won. They had emptied my account of £13500 an lost £5400 of it.

So I'm now stuck in a very very desperate situation.
Bank don't seem keen to help.
32 red don't want to give me any of the requested info. I.e. When the transactions were made. The history of the transactions the withdrawals. Anything.
They just state account is locked for 180 days until the bank can no longer do a charge back.

Absolutely devastated here.
I have a holiday to south of France due the end of this month. Which maybe cancelled due to having £311 left in my bank account.

Please please please. Any advice or help welcomed here.

32Red rep must have been missed this :) Lets bring him here

I’m here! I’ve been liaising with the OP via PM. Not an easy situation when fraud is involved. We are communicating regularly and I understand there is light at the end of the tunnel.

when you make a bank deposit to a casino don’t you need a password....how did the mobile thief get those numbers?.

Extremely fishy story. Auto-Login I can understand, if the thieves manage to break into your phone. But depositing then repeatedly from your bank account is a different story altogether.

- Visa/Master Card - CCV code needed
- Bank Deposit - needs to login into your online banking to do the transaction. That's how i remember Giropay or Sofort are working. Either way, a password is needed.

Plus, phone thieves usually rip out the battery and SIM card, followed by a quick stop at their known trader to flip the phone for cash, all in minutes. Rarely do they actually do more with a stolen phone.

I really hope this isn't someone who's gone on tilt and is trying to do bogus chargebacks. It just doesn't seem credible. So someone nicks the phone, dicovers you've a gambling account, just happens to be familiar with the Viper client or 32red flash accounts so wastes ages gambling after somehow guessing the authorixing passwords/PINs to the deposit methods, with no way of withdrawing any winnings for their own gain from the play?

We've heard 'em all on here before. I suspect fell to temptation, reversed, lost, chased, lost a shitload more and now has gambler's remorse and needs a refund.

If I'm wrong and this OP is kosher, I'll deposit £100 and play St*rb*rst for a whole video.

The phone thieves were gamblers?...like this would be the first thing they would do with the phone?

On the bright side they won back some of his money

A fun fact when I read these kind of stories: There is always, and I mean ALWAYS, something in the near future where they would need the money!

Lol what i don't understand is if you put in a withdrawal request at 32RED how you can get an email the same morning by 11am saying it is been processed.

Or am i missing the bit where 32RED withdrawal times changed

32RED sends you an email the moment you press the withdrawal button, telling you it is pending and will be processed as per their terms.

Who knows, but usually with a phone they have to get past the pin or swipe pattern (that I don't see as a problem, can have it done at plenty of shops in a jiffy). But then they miraculously see that he is a 32RED player, just as miraculously are gamblers themselves, and third time miraculously know their way to deposit via bank deposit (that is the biggest mystery).

The OP will be telling us next he saw a +5 on Bonanza.

Im calling BS. So should 32red. But he can still do a chargeback, the bank will no doubt take a differant view.
