I signed in here, while im waiting for casino to answer my e-mail. wanted to read your experiences. I mailed to casino support, because i have deposit limit in that casino, (1€/week) i wanted it, because i dont want to deposit at the moment. But yesterday, i didnt remember that i have the limit, and made deposit succesfully, played lots of money. i think that those limits are there that i can control my deposits etc. So i hope that they want to give the money back, is this realistic to hope so?

Very very unlikely I would say.
If this was the case, it would be a wide open offer for "abusers" to come en mass and fleece the casino.

But then I'm not sure what licensing rules say - if the place you were playing is licensed...?

    Decision

i was wrong in this case, Because i had not read the rules so good that i should.

There is responsible gaming part in your own site, where you can set the limit, But that doesnt mean anything, because the rules have point that pravtically says that :To set a Responsible Gaming Limit on the account you would have needed to Email the request through to support to complete the procedure.

IM not ever thought that i have to separately put on the e-mail to support if I have already put deposit limit..

    Deposit Limits

Normally, you can request for a deposit limit in a casino and they should act to it as soon as they received your request.

If not, they will have a problem in regards compliance for the responsible gambling requirement.
