As for Playtech. I usually advice players to stick to some of those larger bookmakers, like Betfred.

I really HATE that too - and the pop-ups asking "Would you like to download the casino while you're viewing the site?"
For f&*^'s sake - if I want to download it I'll hit the "download" button - I just want to LOOK first!

And those stupid "robot" chat windows - not even a real person asking the moronic questions!
Even Ladbrokes have added an automatic chat pop-up to their banking screen which really pisses me off.

It's almost like the casinos are saying "You're too stupid to click the chat button, so we're doing it for you!"
