As a Canadian, it is great when a Rep from a casino comes on a site just in case issues decide to happen. I was tempted to try my luck as I need a few more sites to play at, but this seems to be a big theme at most Direx N.V brands ( While not a Direx brand... LadyHammer has this as well! )

You have to wager your deposit 3x before you can cash out.

Those terms are the worse as it right there means you might as well do a deposit bonus since you need to wager and get lucky. When not using a deposit bonus and I have played many times on other sites without one, even with 1x wagering... If I happen to win big and say I have played through about 80% of my current deposit. I would play until I get past 1x and cash out and here is the big thing... More than likely want to come back since I have found it very hard to wager a deposit 3x and cash out from it. Waging the funds 1x when it isn't cryptocurrency should be more than enough to satisfy AML unless you have reason to suspect something.

These terms are not fun and I had a similar issue on another site ( For the record: N1 Casino ) where it had the same term and until the term was changed, I had issues cashing out and it took all of the fun away. :/

Being charged to get your money back, begs the question of why you'd give it to them in the 1st place.
