OK Hey everyone I am new to this site and the online gaming experience. I thought I did my homework by reading everyting Casinomeister has to offer, but evidently I missed something. Here's my problem. I signed up with a casino that is accredited by Casinomeister, started playing tournaments and got into the money with one-or so I thought. As I watch the timer tick down to the end of tourney, it resets and adds 48 hrs to play time. Now, if I would have known this was going to happen, I would not have thrown additional monies to continue play so soon. Isn't time somewhat of a strategy when playing? I questioned customer support and they said adding time was in the rules and regs when I signed up and should have known it was a possibility of havinmg tournament extended at casinos descretion. To me, it doesnt seem fair but what options do I have. I really like the site and am not going to use their name here-yet. Any imput would be greatly appreciated!

Hello and welcome to the forum. There are much more learned than I about this industry, but I don't think the casino did anything that breached the terms and conditions of play, that is, if the tournament is the one I'm assuming it is (MG)...you didn't mention which one.

I hate it for you though!

It was MG and it does suck to find out after the fact. That was good money basically chasing bad money. Oh well another lesson learned. TY for the response!
