Hi

Just unsure of a few rules , As with most of the rules its more a question of perhaps morality as rules are rules but there's always a few i find strange

If you were given say 200 spins , You win £20 from then , There is a playthrough of say 40x on those winnings before you can withdraw , You manage to get through this and in doing so boost your balance up to £150, You continue playing and get up an down and the after a while notice there is also a max withdrawal on the free spin winnings of £100

Now when your balance is on £100 or less should this then be your money to do what you want with , You are completely allowed to withdraw it but if you choose to continue gambling with the money that you could have withdrew to your bank ,Should any potential winnings be your own ? , The same way that if you then lost that £100 you would end up with nothing

I fully understand a casino having limits on the initial free spin winnings , But once you have met all the wagering requirements and the money is fully withdrawable should it then be your money to do as you wish with or is it only yours once withdrawn to your bank , Or could you then withdraw that money ,Then once its arrived in your bank re-deposit it and continue playing

I don't see the difference between the 2 above methods , It is the same money being used but it seems one is ok and the other is not

If you say had a Skrill account you could have the £100 withdrawal in minutes and be back playing with it at the same casino with no rules in seconds ,

Any help or explanations would be great , I always find it better asking here as most sites live help don't know what day it is nevermind the T's and C's .
thanks

personally i would take the 100, like you said you could redeposit and have 0 issues at all, if you haven't made a withdrawal then any further winnings might still be subject to some terms dependant on the casino, and with that in mind i would take the money to avoid myself any hassle.

If the free spins have a max cashout of £100 then cash out once you reach it and meet the playthrough as you cannot cash any more than that.

I know its daft being that you can withdraw £100 then redeposit but that's the way it is. As the casino states max cashout is £100 that's all you will get after playthrough so no point playing on as you cannot withdraw and will end up losing it.

Thanks guys ,

I understand what your saying completely , But as you said it seems "daft" , And that's kind of my complaint , I have a little over the £100 and wont waste it ,
But i did play for quite a while dropping under and over that balance before double checking the rules . So although i had reached my max payout so to speak it was still in my hands to lose what was technically MY money , However it was not possible for me to win any further money . So i guess i'm more wanting to know at what point is that money actually MINE ,
If i can withdraw it to my bank to spend , Or carry on playing and potentially lose it then surely it can be called MY money .

Again i know rules are rules but the majority of the time they don't seem to be fair or consistent or even make sens sometimes haha

Not all casinos have the same rules.

Submit your withdrawal request for the $150... you will have your answer when you get paid.

It doesn't get any more black and white than that.

From the casino's perspective, convincing a player to make that first deposit is of the up most importance!
Essentially, they are paying you to have a relationship with them. They are paying you to provide your information.
They are paying you to make a deposit so that you will deposit more readily and with far greater ease seeing as the
initial hullabaloo is done. The money isn't yours until you have done what you are getting paid to do. :)

Thanks Kelly ,

I probably should have made it clear that i was already a member at this site for about a year and have made many deposits and withdrawals ,the spins were for all current members as a gift , So they already have all details etc .

i understand that all i can do is try and see what happens at the end and in doing that it will of course be very black and white , But the black and white bit is what i'm a bit baffled on as its all the in-between bits that are definitely not black and white .

I'm sure i'm just ranting but when i see certain sites i play at have very simple rules , fast payouts , no need for docs to be sent off etc .... , It makes you think why others can't be like this to ,And if they of course can be like this , Why they choose not to be ... , In my opinion they must make alot of money / claw back alot of customer winnings by simply confusing people in the T's and C's .

If you have found your way to this site then your are probably more aware than most of how casinos work by now , Where to play , Where to avoid , What promos to avoid etc ... , But i'm sure the community here is just the tip of the iceberg of the gaming world and many others fall foul everyday.

Out of interest since all uk players can only play certain sites now , Are we now any more protected then before after the new Uk gaming license thing came in , Is there any place to contact if you did feel you had been wronged ?( not in this case , im just confused a little )

It's what we do...

Okay, I am on the same page.
Slightly to the West. I'm from the US.
To be honest, I bash my head constantly against the ridiculous,
often unfair guidelines and rules casually disguised as brick walls in my path.
I make a ton of noise.
Then eventually I notice the person calmly holding a hoop.
And I jump through it to get what I want.

Stawp Resisting!

Jumping through hoops. It's what we do!
