Help with Bingo Knights please

I been a player at Bingo Knights for a while now, quite enjoyed it until i had probs with a payout, that was last year,but it finally got sorted out.

So i thought i try them again, all going well, i won a little so withdrew it, got declined, no reason at all again....i get this reply

1. Your Deposit plus ALL Bonus Bucks issued made MUST be wagered FIVE (5) times on Bingo games or Twelve (12) times on Casino Games before being eligible to request a withdrawal.
2. You may request ONE (1) withdrawal per fifteen (15) day period.

The above restrictions apply with immediate effect.

NOW THE THING THAT HAS ANNOYED ME IS THEY NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, they now bnanned me from chat and still refuse to pay me out my measly $200 i won....so be warned!!.

They calling me an abuser now!!lmao

Thank you for informing us. The rules which was sent to **** were only for bonus abusers. **** is one among them and his account is being investigated. Even after sendin in so many emails, in which the rules for that account were clearly stated and even after inform him that the account was still under review, he deposited, claimed our bonuses and abused it( now this is total BS, they never ever emailed me!!LOL).

For more information you can contact us thru emails or tickets. Also please make sure the telephone #'s and the address given in your account are valid. We would make our attorney call you in this case and he would take over the matter from there.

this is unreal..lmao, they never sent me any emails, honset mistake, i deposit, i play, I WIN, i withdraw, they say no and come up with all this bs!!!lmao....helppppppppp

oh and now they closed my account..lol, so i cant log in, cant play, cant get my winnings...lmao

I have read your post within several forums now and wanted to reply with this. Bingo Knights has been well known for a very long time to have random at will changes to their policies and play through rules and cash outs. I am sure that somewhere within Knights "small print" you will find a statement that will read something to the effect of "We reserve the right to change our policy at any time". Grant you I think its wrong for sites to at will be able to change policy on players without a grace period or a honeymoon period to forewarn players but thats how a lot of questionable sites do things. As for your cash out, I hate to be the burden of bad news to you but if Jethro is still working in Knights and heading up their Accounts Dept. you are basically out of luck. He is very good at ignoring players and so on. I wont go into details of him but I assure you that unless the Meister here can get something done for you or the Union people can you wont be getting those funds!

Net88, sorry to read you found out the hardway about Bingo Knights.
I to had it out with them and had to settle for half of my winnings. If Jethro is still in charge good luck!!! he is just a jerk (when i say jerk I am putting that real real nice) I wont go into the details of what he did to me but it was somthing one would never think a casino/bingo site manager would do.

PAB and maybe just maybe you will get your $$$.

withdrawals just keep getting declined

Hi I joined bingoknights just over a month ago and won $150 on my first day so decided to withdraw $100, It was declined then I received a email asking for I.D which I had no problem sending apart from a copy of the front and back of the card I paid with, concerned about i.d fraud but against my better judgement I sent all i.d asked for in. I was then told to re apply for withdrawal and the cash out would be done immediately, Once again it was declined since then I have done it twice more and sent loads of tickets just keep getting same message it has been passed on to accounts, I have emailed accounts with no reply till a few days ago when I got asked for the i.d, just to be told again yesterday they have not received it. I have now made 4 withdrawals with lost count of number of tickets I have sent and emails all I do know is they have had my i.d by email 3 times now and still no payout a month down the Line. I am totally frustrated with this site as while playing the CH all seem very friendly and it seemed a nice site

I am sorry to hear all the issues with bingo knights, I have had issues with them in the past, and will no longer play there.
The hassles you can end up with are unreal

If you want to play bingo try www.amigobingo.com I have never once had an issue and they do pay and there bonus system is very good.

From what I understand, Bingo Knights is part of the cirrus group, and I wouldnt touch them with a 10 foot pole. I do not promote this group on my bingo site. Unless that has changed .

I used to play at Bingo Knights all the time, until I tried to withdraw once and found out how hard it was. After depositing hundreds of dollars, I find a restriction on withdrawal to $250. That was it for me, I never went in there again.
 
Bingoknights do not pay

Hi all

I would recommend that every one stay away from bingoknights and all associated sites eg(123bingoonline and bingoFlash)
Aswell as many other casino's.
I played at bingoknights for a while my balance got to over $3000 so i requested $1500 on cashout, i was then declined as that is over the max so i requested a lower amount and was told again sorry to high please request $1050 and it will be processed. So i then requested $1050 and went ahead and played through the rest of my cash, I was then told sorry you can not cash this out as it was won from NCB(non Cashable Bonus) ok with this i was given $25 as a insentive to come back which i did, was told i would be given a extra special deposit bonus if i made a deposit within 24hours, so as it got close to the 24hours i quickly made a deposit, i still had cash in my account from $25.
I then continued to play thinking nothing of it, i then got my balance to 0 and request my cashback which i was given, (please note my balance reached 0 not $1 or even 2c i got to 0)( which then makes the $25 no existance) I then made another deposit a few days later and had i think it was $90 in my account at the time of deposit, i then went to play slots and won won won i was soooo happy i had never had such luck before.
Well it has been almost 2 months since i made that cashout request and they have closed my account on me yes with my money still in the account and yet to see a cent of my money.
Please stay away i know i am not the only one this has happened too and i always follow all rules and read them all before i start playing.

At this time i prefer not to say where i work as i think it is a inappropriate time and in wrong thread, however they are one of the biggest online bingo sites on the net and the best. :)

I am starting to really get depressed about this cash out, i could really do with the money at the moment it is almost $1700 AUD i am lost and dont know what else to do,, i have been posting on as many forums as i can find and tried many other tactics with no luck they wont reply to my emails they have closed my account and will not answer me on live help.
If there is anyone out there with any idea's or that can help me in any way i would really appreciate it.

Hi all

I havent posted for awhile and i am sorry, i have been playing the waiting game.

I would like to start by saying a big thank you to all the people that have helped me, BPU, APCW and steve at gambling wages.

It has been a long wait but i have finally received my full payment, i am so happy it could not have come at a better time, i really appreciate all the effort and time everyone has put in for me and kept in contact with me.

You have all been wonderful, i have been speaking with Steve from gambling wages who has put in alot of effort and time on my behalf to get this paid to me, as well as Jtodd and sherry and many others, i am so lucky to have so many people help and it paid off, i hope that anyone else out there that is owed money will get it soon.

I was offered alot of different offers but stuck to my guns and it paid off i hope to never have this problem again with any site, and pray noone else does either.

hi there, glad you got it sorted, I recently joined this site, avid bingo player me :D although you got paid, the issues you have had has put me rite off, there is no point playin on places that you may have problems, when there are so many other places to play.

BingoKnights is notorious for not paying out and stalling in the hopes of not paying out, along with their sister site 123bingoonline.com. While it is excellent and necessary to read rules at any site, you may consider what is written only a harbinger of rules to come at BK that will suit the situation to benefit them.
People, when something sounds too good to be true...That is exactly what it is! Please stop supporting and enabling sites that have a history of cheating players...Even if you think it is a fun groovy site that has never cheated you...YET. As far as Amigo bingo... If that is your cup of tea, go for it..read rules carefully and go slow. I, myself would not recommend them as a tusted and proven site as far as player friendliness or accomodation.

oh man that bingo site sucks!! you can also play at b1ngo. If you create an account there, they give you ten to try it out, then when that is gone go to face page, type in B1NGO and you will be taken to their page. Praise the bingo, become a fan,and leave your bingo user id, then go to the b1ngo site and make a ticket letting them know that they can use your likeness and quote you at the bingo site, and they will give you $5 more, do the same on twitter, follow them, praise them on your twitter page, them do the help ticket again and tell them the twitter name you use and they will check it out and give you $5 more. It is truly a great place to play! Tell them squeegie sent you! ( I swear meister, I can hear you laughing at my bingo id!! lol!!) another great bingo, by the same people is Bingo Fun House. I have not played there but it is the same people. Another place, and this one is my second favorite, -Playtime bingo. These bingo's are using BYWORTH software and I really like it. There is also rv bingo, again, same people, I don't play there too often as the prizes are on the low side. Cashmill bingo, same people, bigger prizes and they will give you $5 to join. There are a lot of good bingo's out there, as was mentioned to you, Amigo bingo is great, they also own canadian bingo another great place with good bonuses. I am so happy you were finally paid by those sucky morons. Frankly I am suprised you were paid, some one has an angle on their shoulder! ( which is a whole lot better than a monkey on your back! lol)well I read your first post I was thinking some sort of violence might solve your problem, and I would have enjoyed helping you deal with the morons!
