I play at every casino from the Cadell group, but today i played on mainstagebingo....
Won €800 but got a error when i wanted to withdraw.
support tells me there is a withdraw limit €500 a week and nothing can change that, it's a rule made by casino management and that rule is not included in the terms and conditons.

didn't play with a welcome bonus, no no-deposit bonus, no free spin winnings.

Am i crazy, or what haha.

Is there maybe a rep from that group or casino?
i've searched the forum but couldn't find one.

If anyone can help me please, or can advise me what to do or where to complain if there is no rep.

Thanks, Steve

$500 limit per week? I wouldn't go near the casino.

Why don't you withdraw $500 this week, and $300 next week? You can complain by PAB or licencing bodies etc...but thinking it will take weeks to resolve the issue, it's not worth it.
If $500 limit is indeed the casino's policy, there is not much the rep can do here I think.

Withdrawing $500 this week, $300 next week, and not going back to the casino is the best you can do at the moment I think.

Yes i know that would be easy, but it's not acceptable that they make their own rules, don't put them in the T&C's, and just telling you "this is it and nothing can be changed about it, you can't found that rule in the terms because it's a management decision."

So i want to ask the rep (if there i one) if he/she can confirm what support told me, and if so...i will withdraw €500 now and €300 next week and when all is paid, close about 20 accounts from the same group. i play every day on them but wouldn't take the risk anymore.

You can submit a PAB (see top ribbon) and ask Max to mediate in this matter. It's plain wrong to not include this rule in the T&Cs. Veel geluk!

I Will do, but to follow the rules, i think i have to contact the rep first.

But don’t know of there is a rep active from that casino or group.

Thanks / dankjewel

Bingo sites always offer shite terms compared to slots/casino ones, they always have and it's been their business model going back years. This is a vital term that's NOT detailed within the rules, unlike at the Caddell casinos. Basically they're using withdrawal limits based on grannies playing 10p bingo cards which are certainly not commensurate with slot playing. I have MS Bingo in one of my affiliate accounts but never have nor ever will promote them. Bingo, and bingo sites generally suck - big time.
