I usually only play their casino so I'm a bit confused now when I have a sportsbook bonus.

( rest of the terms )

Let's say they give me €100 as a bonus to be used on the sportsbook. I must wager it 5 times at odds of 2.0 or higher. That's clear.

But is the _maximum stakes allowed rule_ also for the sportsbook or only casino? Anything else I should think of? I usually play this like €100 on one match. Then if I win I put €200 on another one. And if that's a win I put another €200 on a new match and it's cleared. It worked a few years ago. Could I still do it this way?

Their (indian outsourced?) chat support is no good and email support will just forward it to another department and when I get answer my bonus is expired. This is from previous experience.

I read partygaming become more strict to their terms since the bwin merge.

Anyone knows?

wow 54 views of thread without replys, i guess the terms are a bit hard to understand :) it expires for me tomorrow so i'll just take the risk here betting all in on a match and hope for the best :)

To be honest I got a bit lost in the terms.. :what:

But they have some strange terms I would be wary of for example.

(iii) if We have good grounds to suspect that you have sought only to exploit a bonus offered by Us in good faith to enhance your entertainment (for example, on acceptance of a bonus, the minimum wagering requirement is met and funds are subsequently withdrawn).

So even after you finish the wagering, they still have grounds to void your winnings

10.3.1.2 Gamebookers Casino - twenty thousand US Dollars ($20,000) (or the equivalent amount in EURO or GBP currency) per month.
All amounts larger than these sums will be paid on a monthly basis in accordance with these limits until the full withdrawal amount is reached. This condition also applies to winnings of progressive jackpots.

$20,000 a month is not to bad, but don't go winning any progressives.

I am also sure I seen a "Spirit of the bonus" term somewhere but cannot find it now.

Have you withdrawn from them? how was customer service etc?

Who makes there casino software I think I noticed some Playtech slots but a lot I have not seen before?

Thanks for the reply :)

It's a Partygaming brand, eg partycasino, partypoker and now also Bwin. So they are big. I noticed lots of changes since the Bwin merge, especially on Partycasino.com - they nowdays hold all my cashouts for 3 full business days. If I cashout on a wednesday I get paid on monday. Before they merged with Bwin they paid within a few hours maximum. I have hundreds of cashouts there, some as large as $15k and always paid within hours. When I asked them why they suddenly needs to hold my cashout for several days last time when I cashed out $200 they said it is to protect me and it's a standard thing for all casinos to hold payouts. I told them it is stalling. They never replied.

I have not tried to cash out on Gamebookers yet though. Support is very bad. Long waiting time and live chat is useless most of the time.

Anyway, I lost my €100 bet so I don't know if they would pay without problems.

VERY interesting about the $20,000 maximum payout from such a big company. They have some slot with $3,000,000+ jackpot. So more than 10 years of waiting for a full cashout? Hmm...
