Ok. This is getting ridiculous can I ask why you are sending me to this ? Did I ask for assistance at any point with regard to problem gambling ? I excluded 4 years ago.

I have a valid complaint and had every right to post it. Why does that offend you ?

This information may have been useful 4 years ago, especially as a new gambler playing at a casino refusing to exclude me- but it is irrelevant now. But thanks anyway - clearly was sent with sincere concern not a way to ‘gang’ up on a newbie.
