Sure you have every right, like posted earlier, you have right to list all your Christmas presents here and other readers can comment. Best thing this casino can anymore do for you is not to refund you and that's result you gonna receive, doesn't matter where you complain. There are hundreds of claims every week (surprisingly from UK) about deposit refunds, it's very small number which actually end in that and there's some bit worse failure than you have pointed out this casino have done.

Ther'es reason why ADR:s don't handle SE refunds and UKGC tell you that they don't handle individual cases, that would just be endless amount of claims.

I am really tempted to posy my exact thoughts and feelings on this one, however will resist (plus I'm knackered and really CBA) and limit my input to the fact that the time frame is my main concern, amongst many others!

Was not planning an attack, anyway having had slightly longer to think about it, I have made the decision to simply see how this situation pans out and possibly place my current feelings once resolved.

If you looking help, you don't cry your deposits back but work on your addiction, here's Christmas present for you, any of these places help you much more with your addiction than banging your head to wall in some strange believe that you should get your deposits back....

My post was not to deal with my gambling addiction or my Christmas list. Although you seem to have taken it upon yourself to deal with these for me.

Thank you for the links regarding responsible gaming. In 1 year I never received such information from 32red. You really are a Christmas wish come true.

These all the time increasing regulations are made for that really small amount of people who are not able to anyhow take care of themselves like self-exclude from casino within many years time or even ask help so let's be proactive and make more regulations to prevent this happening and let's ruin gambling from everybody because there always is one from million who can't cope with his/herself.

Court is biggest cost to you but maybe some of your friend or somebody you share your story with, speak you some sense that you don't spend more stupid money, you had your gamble and chance to win, now it's gone, you only can lose from now on and going court is option which cost you money. You’re new here so I won’t patronise but these threads happen a lot (not just 32Red thankfully) and Slottery explains the reasoning behind his/her comments and the fact that SE is a mutual agreement amongst other points I agreed with. Thanks to Dion for stepping in there.

I’m responding here (as I thought I made clear) as my own opinion and to be honest I hoped I was being quite reasonable and helpful. You’ve used some big threats of court procedures etc in your comments so you can hopefully appreciate (you’ve been told a couple of times) that I can’t really get involved from a professional point of view - not at least as I don’t know who you are or the circumstances of your situation.
