Dear SINGLE BILL (Account: 869640-$3730.00),
We do not report to the credit bureaus, that is done by the 3rd party collections agency. Understandably, they would collect on the full amount and would not be able to offer you any relief on the debt. We can offer you a settlement if you wish to resolve with us. Retain legal counsel if you wish.
As we are based in Antigua, you could be charged with credit card fraud in . As you will most likely not attend the court hearings in , a default judgment would be granted. After being found guilty of credit card fraud there that judgment could be forwarded to the US Federal Court wherein you could be charged with criminal charges. Specifically, on a federal level, you would be charged with credit card fraud, which could then be moved to the state level, where it is termed ‘Theft by Deception’.
Please contact my office to avoid 3rd party assignment and reporting at 1-866-887-8422.

Subject: Re: Outstanding Balance - Bodog Collections
I believe you guys have made a mistakes. I haven't used my poker account for quite some time now, therefore, how did I come to have this enormous outstanding balance? I will write a letter to both Equifax and TransUnion to investigate this claim and if that doesn't work I'll proceed to getting a lawyer. This is Ridiculous.
