Hi everyone ! Here is what happened to me :



I was playing the game Wild Orient at Betvictor with $18.75 per spin. After I respin from a reel and I got 3 scatters which enter free games. Then I lost connection, I logined again to the game but the free games was gone. And the bet changed from $18,75 to $15. I quickly go to my bet transactions and took screenshots of my last spin and I contacted Live Chat. I spoke to the manager name Sam and after he check it it said that he saw only 4 respins from the game and all of them with $0 return. At this point I showed him my screenshots with the last spin return of $37.50 ( 3 scatters pay you this amount) and he said I’m sorry. Your screen shot is clear but I Don’t see the last spin with Scatters from my end. This is impossible, if I can see it and he can see it. He said give him 24hours to contact game provider. I’m waiting for him to contact me today. But this is cheating player. Luckily I took screenshot before I contacted them. What should I do guys ? With that $18.75 per spins and free games with 15 spins and the spins can be trigger again and again I could have a chance to win thousands of dollars. Here is some picture when I talk to him. usually, the casino (BetVictor) gets in touch with the game supplier (Microgaming) and they will check for the stuck round as there will be a timestamp for it. They will play it out and credit you the winnings.

It does take time to to check your play and I am sure they will get back to you as soon as they can.

Ntt I would feel exactly the same way as you do, have the same fears that you're going to be stitched up, but what can you do? hire a computer expert, take them to court to get access to the relevant file on the server etc..?

I don't know that game, so not sure of the variance, and the odds for the various results 0x to 10x, 100x and so on, like you said the retriggers play a part in that result. Hopefully the slot makers will be honest and decent and give you the true result and a breakdown of each spin

Firstly: I am assuming your PAB is in relation to your problem with BetVictor. If you continue to post then it will be canned, as it is against the PAB rules.

Secondly: BV advised you what is going to happen, but you are asking us for advice? The path to resolution has been quite clearly explained by BV, then confirmed by many of the members here, so not sure why you are persisting in continuing to ask .

Thirdly: Yes, you are allowed to be upset, but your attitude - particularly with the comment "Don’t you know that sometimes they can control the result of the game ?" is, quite frankly, disturbing, particularly as you continue to whinge, and then question the fairness of MG's investigation.

no because the games are independently tested, no organisation is going to independently [technically] verify this result, casinos and slot providers could cheat far more easily in this instance. The fact that games are thoroughly tested independently implies to me the gambling regulators don't fully trust the slot companies either...whether through incompetence in programming or something more deliberate.

Each transaction/bet/spin gets a unique reference number, even every free spin. You can call that up e.g. in your game history. You can even see the reel displays.

When they play your round, they produce a complete audit trail - RNG request, result, next RNG request, result etc etc.

I can assure you that MG has no interest whatsoever to skew the results as they themselves are not the ones paying you the potential win.

Well ! I’m just sharing what I thought because I never had an experience like this before. So I don’t know what are you trying to tell me. Of course I need to ask for other persons advice, what if the case BV just offer me back $ 18,75 then I have to accept it ? big wins do sometimes get casinos reaching for the off switch, I seem to recall a case involving william hill and a slot, where they didn't want to pay out a huge win and believed the game had malfunctioned, but in the end iirc they paid up... obviously as faults work both ways, publicity that a slot makers game was faulty isn't good for business.

They explained because of lost connection so game provider had to manual processed that round and when I ask the result of that bonus round they said the game provider didn’t state that on the response. I need to wait again for them to contact game provider. Like come on, all I want to know is how much I won or solutions for me. Of course I know this is lost connection. And they said that $200 is from Betvictor for me because of the waiting time which is I really appreciated that .
