Hello everyone thanks for having me. I have been playing online for just over 2 years. I have only ever won once before 3 weeks ago and cashed out with no trouble, that was 2400.00 and got it all at once. I recently won $26,298.16 at a different casino and am patiently awaiting my withdraw approval. I am still skeptical. I live in Colorado. I work part-time and love animals!!!!

I did not use a bonus when I deposited and won so I did not have a play through or a max cash out so keep your fingers crossed they do not come up with any crazy excuses. I have not played since I won. The stall tactics are quite funny 10 days for a faxback to be approved and than from what I have been reading only able to withdraw 500.00 every 7 days. It will take me 1/2 a year to get my winnings. I requested 3000.00 so we will see. LOL. I am sure they are banking on that I will play down the balance. I have not touched it since 3 weeks on Thursday, and I won't.
If I need to play I will go elsewhere and deposit 25.00. I love online slots. I enjoy the RTG casinos the most because I am addicted to the silly free spins..:thumbsup::thumbsup: I will keep everyone posted as to my progress whether its bad or good. Thanks for stopping by!! Happy Winning ALL!!!

Hello and Welcome to CM :)

This 500.00 every 7 days , 10 days on a fax back and no payment for 3 weeks has me a bit concerned , may I ask where you were playing if you don't mind ?

Congrats on the win

I would have mentioned the casinos names but I was not sure if this was the proper spot to do it.
The first place was Onbling. My experience with them was ok long process but got all my money at once via fedex check. The latest place I won is Winpalace. The long faxback process is because they do not respond immediately, so if they request another document it takes them 3 days to respond whether they need more documents etc. I guess some people have been approved in 3 days but it does state it may take up to 6 business days for approval. It says it can take up to 10 business days for your withdraw to be approved as well. Its just a long process. I have read that people are only getting 500.00 at a time every 7 days. I guess the amount of withdrawal you can get depends on your VIP status. It states that you can request a withdraw up to 3000.00 using wire transfer. All other methods is 500.00 max at a time. I am not a VIP so I am guessing I will get 500.00 . I am quite happy with 500.00 every 7 days, its more than I had before. LOL AND Thank you for the Congrats and I will post once I have been denied or approved for my winnings and how much! Cheers

Grats on the win.

Have you contacted anyone there? It would still be silly but makes more sense if that payment schedule is adhered to for small wins. But for those really big hits such as yours it doesn't make any sense to payout that slow.

If I was you I would contact them, and see if anything can be worked out. Their also not on the no can do list as for as I can tell so might even be worth having a PAB submitted if you don't receive a favorable answer. True they do advertise their payouts, but they also don't state specifically who qualifies for the 3K a week. If a person with that huge of a balance doesn't then I say that's damn near rogue worthy imho (yes I know I know) or at the very list a caution warning. I'm sure your win is not the biggest they have had. Players having to wait the better part of a year or more to get paid

At any rate I hope you get paid all of your winnings.

edit: Actually I guess they do state it's according to players class, ie vip level. So that's a mute point (that part of my post).

Thank you..I just contacted customer service too see my balance (LOL) and ask them to see how you become a VIP member. The customer service rep said I was one, not because I spend hundreds but because I am a loyal player????..... Hmmmm odd because I thought VIP was how much money you spend. So I will be interested to see what the first pay out is when I requested 3000.00..I will keep everyone informed and I really could not find to much info on Winpalace on the site here. So maybe that is a good thing. Thanks for the congrats and the replies. Another odd thing maybe someone can answer for me. If the finance department is open only Mon-Friday why did I get an email on Sunday at like 4:30A.M saying my faxback was approved and I am welcome to make a withdraw????

Just finished talking to their cs. He danced around the question if you had a large hit over 20K or so, would you possibly be limited to the 500 a week based on your VIP level.

He stated "you can request up to 3K a week." Taken at face value one would think all would be fine. He pretty much ended the convo there. The "request" part seems odd though, as the proper answer would in my eyes be "no." Using the word request makes it seem like you might or might not get it (as you already stated).

edit: See they already consider you VIP, so all should be fine.

Thanks for checking it out. Its odd isn't it. 500 a week? i would be curious to see if anyone has ever gotten more than 500.00 pay out with a wire transfer from them. It will take weeks, months to get it all. I am sure they are nor expecting me to sit on that money , they are banking that i will play it. HAHA jokes on them will not touch it. It just bites that I have to request a withdraw every time of 3000.00 and than sit through the process of them approving it again. If they approve the first one I should get all of them because there will be no activity on there until its all cashed out. I may PAB after the first withdraw depending on how much I get. Maybe then they will open up to maybe 5 deposits or something. Thanks again

Hi and welcome to CM Fiona:thumbsup:

I could give you some information on Winpalace and I'm sure many others could too.
What I advice you to do is to post about them in the Casino section instead. Most people here don't even read the introduction threads so that's why you haven't been getting so many answers so far.

Hi Fiona!

Sorry for the delay (I've been on the road), but welcome to the forum.
