Seems like Robert and Steve have absolutely no control over their own organisation. Are there any lawyers associated with your site. I believe thaat this site is committing theft, fraud, obtaining money from people under false pretences, false advt on their site which is a breach of internet protocol, and probably a host of other charges which could be laid. My legal advise here agrees with this, but I don't know any lawyers in whatever country they are operating. My lawyer has advise that I could sue these people for a very large sum, and have the whole organisation wiped off the inet, with all theeir casinos closed down, and no longer able to operate anything on the inet again

Besides why would you want to be an affiliate of a casino that is known to have problems such as this. After this all said and done I think you really need to change casinos its not worth the headache as you can see.

I would love to see you put all this energy and time into another casino group, you seem to have the want and disire to help others but you could do so so much better at finding a good decent casino to represent imo.

I imagine your hands are tied on alot of these issues and you can do only so much, it would be so much better in your favor if you were to come out on the forum and say yes, i can do this for you but on some things i will not be able to help you on and be truthful about it Robert instead of beating around the bush, thats all these folks want, is to be paid.

The casino took these folks deposits and had them in their greedy little hands in a instant and a player has to wait for what, almost years to get paid, i cant see Inetbet or ClubWorld or so many of the better casinos doing this tactic to players...........So is this what sets the good casino from the bad?

So, bottom line:: you can not help and have no influence with the withdrawal dept. It will be almost a month or more before I actually if ever get my winnings from them. I chatted with live chat and my mistake for not reading the rules. I did not realize if you claim a free chip while account is pending the free chip amount will be minus in your withdrawal. To me, then it is not a free chip, now is it?? I've even asked them to waive the free chip amount in compensation for not and still not approving my withdrawal in a timely manner. They rejected that request. They told you what they told me about when they would be maybe approving my withdrawal. It has surpassed the time it was suppose to be approved and by now sent. So, I ask you, could you have them approve and send my withdrawal today?? I have had it done in just a few minutes from a rep on here from another casino, so it can be done, just like that.

Maybe you get off on the constant begging from the customers to get paid, then they get pissed and then you promise to finally do something about it. It's a game and I think you enjoy it. The reason for the picture is my youngest son ask me to put it there. He thought it was cool. By the way he is 4 years old going on 21. My other son is 6 he thinks the pic is cool too.

So I ask you, if you are their rep why can't you have them approve and process my account today. Like I said before, another rep on here from another casino got my withdrawal approved and processed in a matter of minutes. Why can't you ?? How come 1 casino rep has that power and you don't?? It will be a month or more before I can even receive it. Is that what you call helping me?? I don't see any difference of length of time before I see my withdrawal. Pushing them to get it paid next week?? I have to beg the difference with you, but on the withdrawal site it STATES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR APPROVAL. Its surpassed that. If the casino changed it's processing time then they should post it on the withdrawal page so you can see when to expect an approval. So, it seems to me I am still getting no help but a lot of crap. I do tell, Once this is settled I will NEVER play at one of their casinos EVER AGAIN!! I have to beg the difference with you, but on the withdrawal site it STATES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR APPROVAL. Its surpassed that. If the casino changed it's processing time then they should post it on the withdrawal page so you can see when to expect an approval. So, it seems to me I am still getting no help but a lot of crap. I do tell, Once this is settled I will NEVER play at one of their casinos EVER AGAIN!! Robert, you may be a nice guy and all but don't make it sound like your actions are actually helping because as I said before the time frame they gave you is the same as they been giving me. alot of bs. I was told weeks ago it would be approved in a few days and told again and again . still waiting. Days are into weeks. Yo

Did you cancel the cashout anytime after you requested it?
