I have to beg the difference with you, but on the withdrawal site it STATES 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR APPROVAL. Its surpassed that. If the casino changed it's processing time then they should post it on the withdrawal page so you can see when to expect an approval. So, it seems to me I am still getting no help but a lot of crap. I do tell, Once this is settled I will NEVER play at one of their casinos EVER AGAIN!! Robert, you may be a nice guy and all but don't make it sound like your actions are actually helping because as I said before the time frame they gave you is the same as they been giving me. alot of bs. I was told weeks ago it would be approved in a few days and told again and again . still waiting. Days are into weeks. Yo

I am owed 900 pound, plus some compensation, but i doubt this will happen.
I spoke to them again last night, (Kevin), and he said they had problem with payout to moneybooker, lol, and that they would send me a moneygram today. I didn't believe him of course, another delaying tactic, lol, and guess what, I haven't heard a thing. And Robert, I don't mean to be rude, but wht haven't you been able to control this lot and get it paid. You say it has dragged on too long, but there is no action. I take it they just don't take any notice of you or Steve. I keep saying to them, pay and i go away. I do believe though that because of their delaying tactics, they should pay me some compensattion. I mean the pay out sum should have been 5716, and u know this, and then they finally agrred to 4000, and they can't even pay that. I would think anextra 500 shouldn't be out of the way for all the frustration that my wife and i have been put thru.

That casino is a piece of work!! I will not play there again. They are still giving me the run around. In March I received my payment no problem. But now, I don't get what their game is, just process payments on schedule and be done with it. Instead they give you alot of BS and expect you to buy it. I'm glad for Krafty, he's been waiting for a very long time. Thank you for putting in a word with Roger. Let's see what he can do. Done that!!! and you couldnt pay me enough to ever play at any of those casinos again ,to any newbies thinking of playing there or may be playing there now, please please stay away from this group of casinos, as it will be you who will suffer in the end and they wont give a second thought about how they screwed you out of any winnings, infact they make a hobby out of it.

I played @ one of these rogues before I came to Casinomeister. And I really thank this site for opening my eyes because I would lose tons money at this casino, shoot I forgot the name of it. Doesn't matter I'm not playing there anymore. It really makes me mad that these casinos open up just so they can take and take and take some more. In the meantime people spend more and more money, getting stressed out, depressed and angry because they cannot get any resolution to their issues whether it be withdrawals, bonuses or customer service.

Its sad that some of us put our trust in these casinos thinking they give us so much enjoyment playing but in the mean time behind the scenes they are laughing behind your backs. It's not enjoyable experience when you cannot get paid and get told every excuse in the book as to why you cannot get paid.

I wish that one day someone will step up to the plate and say you know lets stop doing this. Lets stop telling customers that we cannot pay them for some reason. Lets stop making excuses as to why they cannot get the money they won. Lets stop changing the rules to benefit us. Lets us just stop period.

If that were to happen one day. Many people would be happy. So on that note lets all make sure we tell people not to play at these casinos. Hit them where it hurts, their pockets and then maybe they will stop the madness.

LOL....I'm like you Rob....I can count on one hand the times I've used the neg rep function. But in GW's case, it is completely justified. I don't think I've ever seen a casino rep in the negative before, have you? Pretty sad.

They will check with the finance dept to check it out and get back to me. And they are sorry but no mention of when I would get my money!! Haven't heard from Robert as of yet, perhaps he is taking a vacation.LOL Thanks everyone for your input and help.

Been one hell of a battle, but we're there. Guess what, they sent me a $333 bonus to try and get me back on their site. well I just sent an email to robert we will see what if anytheing comes of it.Before I found this site I payed at one of these casinos and I have been trying to get my 700 dollars for 2 months now .My wd was approved on july 16. it august 7 now and still nothing.I call about twice a week and question them about it .I gave up on emails as I never get any risponse except automated one with worthless ticket numbers in them .Ha theyr'e just trying to bs me into thinking they have a real customer service dept.....I was like an innocent I had only played at microgaming sites before and never had any problems with them but havent played for a long while due to us restrictions.boy I picked a bad one to try I guess.Well I guess its a good, if expensive lesson

Some how this is not Roberts doing, its the casino and their dirty tricks. Honestly Robert I really want to know why its so difficult to give people their money. Coolcat has just sent my winnings (1,046.00) by fed ex yesterday. They couldn't use moneygram or western union like I requested because it was too much money!! Yeah right!! They wouldn't give me a tracking number because the processors does not give it to the withdrawal dept until a week later. What's up with that, I ask?? What an outfit, but they assured me I should receive my check sometime next week, if not then they will give me the tracking number!! So, I asked, Did you actually send it? They said it was sent overnight by fedex. What is with this overnight, if you don't get your check in your hand for another week? Any ideas/input about how that works? I always thought that overnight meant the next day.

Smiley, it was a month ago that cheque was "sent". Could you confirm that you did receive it (and when). And that it cleared okay, if you know. I don't know how long it takes for a cheque to clear where you do your banking and where it was drawn on.

We gave him all the details right from the word go, if u check all your communications to him, and they wonder why I get f,n angry. He knows damn well that the original payout amount was $5726, and they have only paid the $4000 that they offered to pay as a way out for them. Put a stick of geli under the prick

Now that was total honesty on Robert's part. In all respect he really didn't do all that much and gave up on top of it. Now after that remark he should really step down as an affiliate.

Why couldn't Robert go the extra mile to give these people what was owed to them? Its about doing the right thing and that is not what happened in this case. And I won't speculate on Robert's part as to why he could not continue to help if he did at all. I hope anybody that reads this thread get the hint and not play at any of these brands.

This is a lesson learned. Tom I know this is disheartening and I know you went the whole nine yards to get this issue resolved. You did the right thing and made sure your friends got some relief and that they should never play at this casino again. And to everyone else learn by example and this is a very good one.

You are truly one of a kind. Hats off to you Tom. :notworthy
