I saw that you had blacklisted Grand Prive, BTW the only blacklisted group or casino on your site. Do you understand how ridiculous that is? And then the affiliates are wondering why they get no symphaty or support from the players in this case.

I guess its ok for casinos to screw players as long as they pay you. No wonder that rogue places keep prospering. And as prevoiusly said, how do you know that none of your referred players havent had any problems?

And as Pina said you are effectively undermining all CMs efforts with your actions. How would you feel if Grand Prive casinos were accredited?

And on a sidenote I saw that Gambling Wages is a Gold sponsor at APCW.

Spot on Spider. It's this aspect of the whole thing that makes me bite my nails, claw my skin and pull out my prematurely grey hair. Tell players not to play at Grand Prive because they screwed the affiliates, but tell them it's okay to play at Virtual, even though they screw players every day of the week.

Ok after speaking to the casino manager over chat. Here is what he has told me:

We have refunded his deposit and explained that the coupon he had used was for slots and RSVS

That is he had played different games when using a coupon meant for slots and RSVS


So now my next step is to find someone here with access to see the players account so I may see for myself.
I'll post back here in the afternoon.

You owe him around $1.5 million - give or take a few hundred thou.

How about taking care of this one and get him paid in a timely manner.

The player will be paid. The reason for the no pay was because he played 20 hands of Video poker. But it was after he won on RSVS.

Years Robert....YEARS!!! No one is wishing you dead, but perhaps your employers are hoping this player will pass on soon? So.....start with this one.
 
I think Robert that this is your opportunity to make an impact. I have refrained from criticising you personally - just your job - as I don't know you and thus won't make judgements. But I have to say that coming with the 'future problems' attitude hasn't won you any friends. I wasn't around the last time these casinos promised to change, but I have read about it, hence the lack of support from more senior members.

As a side note, you could provide proof to me that they have changed, and I still wouldn't deposit there in a million years. Reputations such as those don't just disappear overnight. I would gain much more pleasure from donating to a charity, than into the group you represent.

I'd suggest you take a more proactive role in trying to solve these problems. If you are in a position to, then that's great, but I can't help but think this is just a fad which is going to fade away once those at the top realise your words have failed to sway us.

Prove me wrong, please :)

Gamtrak it is all of our responsibility as affiliates to act as Player Advocates. The attitude of leaving it all to someone else is a big reason why our industry is in such bad shape.

If you knowingly promote a thief and make it possible for them to steal more... That makes you a thief as well.
